Awful….like below trying to return their cheap crap for 2 months impossible! Quality is terrible nothing like what they show!! Don’t waste your money 💰

Terrible company. I've been trying to return some dresses and get a refund for nearly 4 months now and they've stopped replying to my mails. I've now reported them to Trading Standards.

I would give zero stars. The quality is cheap rubbish. Nothing like the IG photos. Customer service is horrendous. Do not buy. I won’t make this mistake again. A complete waste of money. I wanted to return and get a full refund but they just offer a slight refund if you push. I will be giving the item to charity although I doubt anyone would want it.

AVOID AVOID AVOID. These are the real scammers you need to avoid. The items i ordered are totally different from what they looked like on Instagram, quality is so cheap and terrible and the sizes are totally wrong, top was too big and shorts too small. I have contacted them to return the items but they claimed that it would be too expensive for me to return the package and offered me a few dollars instead. That was the only time they replied to my emails. This was a terrible shopping experience for me, i wish i knew where to report them.

This is a scam and fake online shop. Dont be fooled with the large Instagram followers, they rip off the pictures of influencers from other stores (like Dissh and House of CB) and post them as if it’s their own. Don’t worry, this reputation is spreading and has reached a lot of people I know which are reporting the page on Instagram and other social accounts. :)

What an absolutely horrible online shop and experience. I wanted to return the items because of the extremely bad and horrible quality (has nothing to do with the images and description on their website) and they wouldn’t reply to my emails. In short, it’s a scam shop and website. Once you purchase, ur stuck because your money id NOT coming back. They don’t have a customer service base, number, nor a location for where this store is meant to be based. Avoid at all costs all. They are Scammers

Purchased 2 sets of clothes from them after a month of order. It turned out to be too small and the quality is so average. Hoping to be able to at least change the sizes, I tried to reach out by every ways that I could find them, never get a response. It’s like a ghost company. Stay away. They are absolutely terrible.

Goods never arrived, apparently their freight company said there was no where safe to leave the parcel. I gave them my work address which is on a main well known road on Auckland's North Shore, sent them a photo of the office that is manned 6 days a week.
Apparently the goods were sent back to place of origin as they were unclaimed. On freight companies tracking site there was nowhere to contact them, no phone number and emails were not answered.
I truly believe the goods were never even sent.
After weeks of me hassling I managed to get a refund less 2 lots of freight charges.
DON'T DO IT, THESE GUYS ARE SCAMMERS FOR SURE

This company is a fraud -- STAY AWAY. I lost ~$200 on them.

1- Quality is garbage.
2- It takes months to ship the products from China.
3- They completely ignore return requests.

The quality is horrible and they don’t accept returns, but instead try to give you 9 dollars (ordered for 100!). This company is a scam and breaches EU’s consumer rights (14 days return policy).

I ordered the pants and top set. I never got a confirmation email and 2 months later i still have not received the item or a response. I have disputed with PayPal and waiting for my refund. Don't buy from this site, it's a scam

Ordered 2 items and size seemed to be a problem. I’m 16 and when they arrived I would be surprised if they fitted a size 12.
I have sent three emails to no avail. No idea where to go after that. Give them to charity… I wouldn’t insult any of my friend by offering them these cheep shoddy goods.

The worst customer service ever experienced. Poor quality items delivered. When I asked for details of how to return, the company tried to negotiate me into keeping the items by offering me a $9 payment. I politely declined and asked how I could return - acknowledging that I would be responsible for shipping costs - and they just ignored my emails! I never wrote bad reviews but wanted to want other shoppers. I SO wish I had read these reviews before buying!

Bad quality, blouse too short and boobs were not covered, really short dress that didn’t cover anything, no refunds unless you pay to return, STAY AWAY

The clothes I received are significantly different from the photos; the actual size is incorrect, the material is rough and thin, and the tailoring is terrible. They do not honor the return policy stated on their website, won't provide an address for returns, and ultimately, they won't respond to your emails.

Purchased 3 items. Only one item is reasonable for the price. The remaining 2 are cheap, made of terrible thin see through material. Badly made. Threads from seams. Can see my hand through both layers of material on a dress and kimono jacket that I requested to return. Have to return to China at great expense to get my money back and of course it isn’t worth it. Buyer beware!

I made an order and half expected to not recieve it, and lose my money. I ordered the linen kimono in three sized bigger than I normally use. It took two weeks before they sent it. By then I had contacted them via e-mail and Instagram. They answered me after a few days. After another weekend I recieve the kimino, and it looks beautiful. The quality is altso very good. I had a good experience with Linenstylish.

Stay away. Ordered a L dress (I'm a 10) it was too small. It's crap quality also - not linen !
Chinese CRAP.
Also not replying to me asking for a return. And plus I cannot review on website because i haven't 'confirmed receipt' of the items? Not that I can see an option to do that anywhere.....

they are the worst ever, bad quality, disgusting client service. Very disrespectful and impolite.
Never replied to my repeated mails to return back their disgusting items I bought. They deserve -2
