Never received art preview or order

I placed my order January 30th you did not receive my art review until February 17th. And now they won’t respond. Their website says they are preview will be available within 2 to 4 days, mine took 18 days. I asked them to expedite the shipping for the inconvenience 5 days ago and now they will not respond. A friend of mine placed an order through this company and receive the item and it was perfect, however, that was two years ago. I’m not sure if this company is still legit. I would not recommend placing an order for this company.

An amazing experience from start to finish.

I found Lines FY through TikTok and was instantly impressed with the product idea! I placed my order, and to my surprise, it arrived earlier than expected. The attention to detail was absolutely perfect, from the packaging to the product itself. The quality of the embroidery is impeccable, super well-made and clear. The custom artwork of my dog captured his essence 100%, exactly how I envisioned it. I highly recommend it! An amazing experience from start to finish.

It said my address is not correct or doesent exist I’ve tracked my parcel it said it was in transit and they had to send it back as it wasn’t the correct address . Waste of time and money

I love the idea of this product. So far, the overall experience has been poor. I didn’t receive a proof until I reached out to them. They responded to both inquiries. I ordered on Dec 6, 2023. I’m still waiting for the final product 6 weeks later. I’m hoping to get a refund. Don’t waste your time on this.

Lady's picture was perfect

Lady's picture was perfect. We lost her 3 years ago on Christmas day so my daughter was extremely happy and emotional. We lost Jack just a little over a year ago so it was nice to have him close to our hearts.
