I went there to see and potentially buy one of the second hand bikes. I have made a phone call in the morning to ask if the bike is ready. Apparently yes...
Unfortunately the battery was completely flat so I was not able to test the bike.
Staff members are polite and helpful. It is a shame I travelled a bit to only see how it looks.
Overall positive experience.

As usual everything ran smoothly. From having a new set of tyres to having a service nothing is to much trouble.Had a courtesy bike again with this service as I like to try different machines. I enjoy the free coffee and the locker section to leave some of my kit. Very knowledgeable staff , who are as enthusiastic as us customers are.

Old style customer service with a modern slant.

I arrived unannounced at 8am on a Friday with a near dead Triumph Tiger 1200. I was on a holiday road trip and desperately needed help to continue. Scott and the whole team could not have made the experience any better. No fuss, no stress. They whisked the bike into the workshop and 3 hours later, SORTED.

When I buy another Triumph, it will be at Great Dunmow with Lings Triumph. They are 200 miles from my home but that would not stop me buying from this dealership.

Shocking service received today at the Dunmow branch. The rude, dismissive and frankly disrespectful attitude I had the misfortune to encounter from what transpired to be the store manager was enough to me to take my money elsewhere. I would suggest Lings HQ need to look rather seriously at how they treat their potential female customers..

This particular dealership are incompetent, disrespectful, rude, unhelpfull , I have had the worst experience I have ever encountered in trying to purchase a new motorcycle, would definitely not recommend them to anyone, and will certainly never use them again.

I felt that communication from Lings prior to and post purchase could be a little better. I felt that I had to make all the running regarding the purchase of my new bike which I feel was a little poor considering I was spending over K5 with them. However when in the show room there was no complaints.

This was the first time dealing with Lings (Essex) and I have to say it was a pleasure. Ordered a 2024 Tiger 900 GT PRO back in January 2024 and I knew I had to wait but communications were good, kept up to date on delivery. Bike is fantastic can't stop smiling.

Great communication, great choice of bikes easy to deal with

Great bike showroom that make part exchanging my bike as easy as it gets. Got plenty of time for a test drive as well which is always appreciate. Service and staff were excellent.

The team at Lings were great in every way, very helpful at every step and in particular Gareth and Fraser. They sent me regular updates and video clips which really helped my decision to purchase a Triumph Trident.

Great company to have look after my bike. Reception is spot on and very helpfull.
