Would recommend!!

Was so easy to set up online! I received emails every step of delivery and set up was nice and quick! I set up through the tether app which is so useful!

We switched from BT to link broadband…

We switched from BT to link broadband and the broadband performance has been poor often failing and it has been very hard to get in touch with the company to resolve the problems. I would not recommend them as an ISP.

Possibly worst broadband provider in the UK!

Horrible speeds, over priced packages, shockingly bad customer service.

A week doesn't go by that we lose broadband connection during work hours.

When you call support, whenever you are patient enough to be 1st in line, you will be placed back at the queue. Impossible to get hold on to them.

I can't believe such service exists in 2023. Can't wait our contract to be over!

Horrific customer service

We moved into a new build property and Link Broadbrands was one of the only providers in the area. We’ve had numerous issues with the internet cutting out and whenever we’ve called customer services we’ve been told to email instead (no emails have ever been responded to) or to call back on Monday if it’s been the weekend. Cannot wait to reach the end of the contract so we can switch.

terrible customer service

terrible customer service, been having packet loss for a month and been told to do a test, after doing the test i've had 0 response, do not recommend.

Happy Customer

Installers came as a team of 3, connected the fibre exactly where I needed it on the property. Activation was simple however needed a quick technical call with Link Broadband. Phone answered straight away and corrective advice given promptly. So far so good!!

Seamless Connection

Connection is seamless and monthly tariff is cheap when compared with other competitors. Customer Service is prompt and are top on their service when issues do occur (just had issue twice, which was sorted within hours). Delivery was on time, never had to wait for internet connection at my new home.

4 weeks in, totally unreliable

Had this company for 4 weeks. Constant issues with connectivity, constantly offline. Speeds are appalling despite supposedly paying for fast broadband. My tv constantly buffers and have now needed to purchase more data from my mobile company as can't use wifi. Difficult to understand the people at tech support. Totally regretting moving to this company. Virgin might be appalling for customer service but it was, at least, reliable!
Called the customer line, went from caller number 1 to caller number 8 numerous times. Call Centre is definitely NOT in the UK as promised. Customer Service Advisor was not interested .. "I will arrange for technical team, (who were currently unavailable), to call you" I explained that 1 month into the contract I wasn't happy so that is a Customer Service issue but to no avail!

Rubbish broadband speeds

Difficult to set up our router, couldn't understand the man over the phone. Haven't once had the speeds we were promised and paying for. Can't write a complaint as the page for doing so doesn't load, just says "Error"!. Sick and tired of false advertising of super fast broadband and not getting it.
Do not use this company!!!

Absolutely shocking customer service

Absolutely shocking customer service, think they are a tiny firm with only a few people working there. Can never get in touch with them, took me 3days to get in touch. They never reply to emails. And the Internet speed is not even half what I pay for.

Avoid go with another company.

If I could give it zero I would

If I could give it zero I would. Had it a month, we regularly go days without it working. Tickets raised, told they're addressing it - they don't! Customer Service closed on Sundays!!!
I work from home so this is a major issue.
Frequently asked how I cancel, and this question goes ignored each time.

Terrible

Terrible. Promised faster internet than what I was getting at kcom yet it's much worse. Always buffering or even going down several times a week. No support when you need it as they don't get back to you. A lot of the time no one answers the phone when trying to contact them. Can't download with this internet but no one can figure out why. This is not what I was expecting and as soon as this contract is over I will be switching again. No one to contact when your internet crash's on a Sunday so have to wait till the Monday to get it sorted. I am going to contact trading standards as I don't want to be stuck in a contract for 2 years with this service.
