Good service for less money

I choose the most cheap tarif and i was very surprised in a good sense… he work very well..in past i had bad experience with providers with “big” name and ,more expensive!I highly recommend them!Well done

Link are a Scam company. Do not sign up to them!!!

Workmen said they couldnt install internet because there is a bush in the way & can't use existing fibre connection thats already installed. Seems a bit dodgy.

Update. Link are threatening to charge me a bill because they wanted to dig up my garden. They did not inform in in advance that they would not be using the existing fibre net connection.
AVOID this scam company!!!!

Long outages every month

When i first signed up it took 2 days for the service to start working, which was a bit slow. After 2 months of good connectivity, i started to get outages for several hours at a time each month. Now the latest outage has been going for 4 days with no communication from Link. My neighbours who are using other ISPs on City Fibre's fibre have no such problems.

Technical issues

No out of hours contact person what is very worrying. My Internet went off 8:30 pm Wednesday evening and could not speak to anyone very poor

been 24 hours without internet

been 24 hours without internet. My neighbours use the OFNL network with different service providers and have no issues, we however have had massive drops in speed and now a complete failure of supply. Communication is abysmal.

Probably time to find a new supplier, who is reliable.

The license of this provider should be revoked. Terrible service all round. Network has been out for 2days and no credible feedback.. just after 10days of signing up them

Not sure what they provide, but it isn’t broadband.

Absolute joke of a company.

The stability of the service is terrible even when it works. The router they send you has the range of a potato.

They carry out “planned work” during the day, but only let you know in advance maybe 50% of the time.

As I am writing this, I am in my 19th hour with absolutely no service. No indication of when it’ll come back. They don’t even know. The outage is specifically with Link, it is not an OFNL issue.

I will be leaving them for another ISP as soon as possible. Avoid at all costs if you want to have working broadband at home.

Absolutely ridiculous

No network since 9:30 last night until now. Absolutely ridiculous!! And this is the third time in recent months.

This is a nightmare for people like me who work from home regularly.

Stay away from

Stay away from. Price is cheaper then other providers and your be waiting ages for high tickets to be looked at. Even had one closed by them which was not resolved.

Some weeks after leaving got replies saying been a while, yet left and no fix done. People spoke to were polite.

Internet down for 16 hours and…

Internet down for 16 hours and counting, zero updates and no eta for a fix… blaming OFNL… they do maintenance during business hours and regularly goes down! Can’t wait for my contract to end!

Terrible service

As other reviews have said - internet has been down all day. Have tried to call them numerous times but the phone call cuts off after waiting in a queue. I would just like to know how long I’m likely to be without it. I also have no tv either without the internet as it’s sky glass. I have family staying for Xmas from today 😡.

AVOID

Once again their services have gone down. Appears to be an issue on an almost monthly basis. Customer service is almost non existent. Never answer the phone, will hang up the call whilst waiting in a queue and never respond to emails. AVOID

DO NOT USE TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

I have been with Link for just over a year and although to start with all was well, the last few months have been terrible. I think they have outgrown themselves and don't have the staff to cope.

The customer service is non existent you call to speak to someone and constantly get cut off, i don't even think anyone in customer service works in an office and are all at home. The service is down a lot lately and constant latency issues.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND YOU USE THIS COMPANY!!!

Useless company with zero support

Useless company with zero support.
Internet has been down for 15 hours and no coms to confirm how long it’ll be till it’s fixed. Not the first time in 2 months having this problem. Not OFNL’s fault as neighbours are still online. Try ringing for support and the line goes dead, try ringing sales and put into a queue for then the line to go dead. Utterly disgraceful service

Don’t do any service with this company is…

Internet service with this company is where you don’t want to go near.,, everything about them is a joke.
No service all the time
Planned maintenance every month during business hours
No customer relations services
Chat service down
Long time contracted agreement
They target new built properties
