Scam

If I could give them 0 star I would. I Purchased a Juicer from them and it gave up after only 5 months. Was advised by Amazon I should contact manufacturer as there is a two years warranty. Easier said than done, I emailed customer service which was on their website. Email bounced back , address does not exist. Tried calling them, the phone number does not exist either ( message :you have entered an invalid number!!). I can see now they are scams.

Snagged an immersion blender set on Black Friday sales on Amazon! It was inspired by a similar one I saw featured on Today.com. This blender comes with a variety of attachments that have made cooking so much easier and more enjoyable. After catching a cold, I've been considering getting a slow juicer from Linkchef to improve my immune system by drinking more nutrient-rich juices.

From Amazon

From Amazon, we purchased (23 December 2020) the LINKChef® 7 in 1 Stackable Hand Blender. The details included a five (5) year warranty. When the blender failed (November 2024), LinkChef was contacted. Everything requested, including pictures and and purchase documents were provided. After dragging out commuications, LinkChef finally communicated to us that they would not honor their five (5) year warranty as listed on Amazon's site. It was very disappointing. LinkChef seems to be a scam. LinkChef cannot be trusted to honor their commitments, LinkChef falsely advertises. We will not buy another LinkChef product.

The chopper I bought although ok has stopped working with the promised 3 year warranty, I have contacted them twice through Amazon and had no response. Although Amazon are still selling their products, they have washed their hands of any involvement as they only cover for 2 years. Passing the buck and not honoring contract ! Not good !

Satisfied and Happy Customer

So far I can only comment on the item that I bought via amazon from Link Chef, and my blender is sturdy and works well and am very happy with the look of it and the way it works as intended, But am about to apply for the free gift that they offer plus the extended warranty, so once I hear back as to whether on not I received my gift and extended warranty, I shall then comment further.
As promised a further review I can happily say that after I contacted Chef Link I immediately received a reply with a code for my free gift which I have now ordered from Amazon:

Beware of LINKChef

Beware this company! After purchasing an item through Amazon, the company offer a free gift plus an extended guarantee, once you have left a review. This is a pure scam as there is no contact from them or free gift. Numerous emails just result in constant excuses. Fortunately Amazon have now restricted their sales. Speaks volumes!!!!!!
