Although there was some initial trouble with the item’s delivery, the linked london team responded quickly to my follow-up email and sent a new item which came quickly with no issues. I’m very satisfied with the piece, which was on sale for a very reasonable price. Would recommend linked london to anyone looking for new jewellery.

Have ordered twice from this company and overall a positive experience. Items came within 3 days fast delivery and items were exactly as described. Had the one piece for over a year and has not tarnished and is sweat proof as described. No issues personally with this company and would recommend!

Bought some jewellery as a gift for a friend, and it arrived promptly and on time. Packaging was pretty, and the piece itself was even better - such good quality, with no signs of tarnishing yet either! A slightly larger variety of chain lengths would be nice but otherwise no complaints !

Avoid. The necklace I received was of poor quality and inaccurately described. The customer team was unprofessional when I raised this was them.

Fraudulent company. They have cancelled my order and asked if I want a refund. I answered yes 3 weeks ago and emailed them 4 times since. No refund. No reply.

I ordered chain at the end of January and it hasn't arrived. I've lost my hope and I feel scammed. I can't contact them, even though I've emailed every address I could find.

I don’t understand how can this brand take itself seriously. My order never arrived (after 3 months!!) and they didn’t bother replying my concerned messages. Awful customer service and I feel stupid that I believed those few 5 star reviews. Don’t get scammed, cause you‘ll never get ur order or your money back.

I purchased the gold hamsa and I don’t take it off! I wear it in the shower, for basketball and all the time, it hasn’t discoloured at all and it’s great quality!!

Shocking from start to finish really. Needed PayPal to sort out my issue in the end because after one lacklustre unprofessional reply I was ignored. I understand it wasn’t the sellers fault but when I’m asking for some help as the courier doesn’t talk to customers, and I don’t get any, I’m sorry but I’m not going to be supporting your business. Eventually the jewellery did arrive but I’m almost glad PayPal did sort the issue out and give me my money back, it was an absolute shambles of a piece! Do not buy anything that tries to nicely recreate a diamond effect of this website, I went to Cernucci in the end and their stuff is 100 x better!
