The app is slow to catch up and the battery is weak. It goes dead too easily. I paid for a full year of service. I regret it. I don’t foresee me paying any further past that. If you can make improvements to your app, that may change. It sets goals for my puppy. Sounds really cool. Unrealistic. She is way more active.

Link AKC was very easy to get setup and easy to track. I really like it!

The only issue I have is the maps need updated for sure.

Is a great idea but no instructions on how to get connected with AT&T service for the GPS. The product description said those instructions would be included in the box with the product but only papers in box were instructions for how to turn on and charge. Difficult to turn on and off. Have not done anything with the product except charge it since I received it.

I ordered two Tracker Sleeves. When it was delivered there was only one Tracker Sleeve in the package even thought the paperwork said 2 sleeves.
When I called Link AKC to let them know about this problem, they were very courteous and understanding. They said they would issue me another Tracker Sleeve, which they did and it was delivered soon after.

Best customer service love the devices as well and I absolutely love how they care about our pet safety and health

For me, LINK AKC.....is Nichole Hannigan, Customer Service. Patient, caring, thoughtful, and truly was interested in my dog, where I work and live to assure seamless function. Beyond that, Nichole also talked about the next generation and without the "salesperson" bull, I asked if there was a waiting list and an upgrade offer, and I can't wait to get the new one. This device is truly valuable and has been part of my everyday routine.

Love everything about it except I thought it was going to show me the route my dog has been taking kind of like Life360 for my kids lol but I guess it doesn’t do that!😔 although I think it should for how much I paid!

Great idea. Best feature is the sound to call the dog back. Wish the app updated location with real-time reliability. Feels like the app should work better to track my dog when he is not with me.

Link seems to be the most user-friendly of all the GPS trackers. That said, the original collar device is bulky, heavy and not comfortable to wear for my dog (bulldog). The GPS tracking on Link and the 3 other devices I tried is not accurate and certainly not in real time. Link shows my dog is 200 ft to the left of my house but he's actually sitting at the door waiting to be let in.

Customer service is great! The overall product with GPS, light and sound is good...but, not great. It lags and lacks accuracy at times. Battery needs to have longer life. Plastic clasps on the device carrier needs redesign. I have 2 dogs and have replaced their carriers on 3 occasions. The clasp broke or became so loose that it would not hold the device. A more durable collar and device holder would be ideal. My dogs are extremely active. I have gone through one collar as well. My dogs are runners. They have been known to take off when given the opportunity ( door wide open). GPS updating would sometimes have a long lag. However, it has assisted in helping us locate them every time. Both are trained on the light and sound. If they are within vicinity... they will return home when the sound goes on. Looking forward to the updated version in June. I paid to pre order.:)

Stylish, easy to use.

This is a very customer service oriented company with a very helpful product.

The tracking option experiences very long delays on location updates. This feature is actually one of the main reasons I got the Link. Unfortunately, it hasn't been the best experience so far.

Terrific product! Our female German Shepherd occasionally gets off our property. The Link AKC tracker alerts us when she leaves the safe zone so we can call her back before she takes off on a hunt. Customer service is outstanding! I highly recommend this product.

I think the collars themselves are great, but the app needs a tremendous amount of improvement. My text notifications come in late when the dogs run off, sometimes it takes 10 to 15 minutes for a location update to load and dogs can get far in the amount of time, sometimes it tells me my batteries are dead when in fact they are not. The activity recommendations notifications I get every time I open the app making me update their activity goals which can be annoying when you don’t want to change It every time you open the app. I think it would be nice if you were able to see two dogs on the same screen at the same time as it takes time to switch between them which can be frustrating when they both run off at the same time.

Great concept. Love that I can tract my dog in case he gets lost even though he's microchip already. I love all the features but feel the app could be redeveloped and tweaked. I would and have recommended the collar already.
