Shoes used 2 times and are falling apart!
I bought a pair of Vicky | Elegant leather Mary Janes (Black, size 37) on September 24, 2025 from Linnea København, and received them on October 9. I have worn them only twice, both times for regular office work — no outdoor or heavy use — and they are already damaged and falling apart! Like really falling apart!
This is completely unacceptable for shoes advertised as “high-quality, long-lasting design.”
Additionally, the website claims that all products are “on sale because the Copenhagen store is closing,” but my package was shipped from outside Denmark and the EU and took 15 days to arrive. That clearly indicates false or misleading advertising.
I feel deceived and disappointed. Unless this issue is resolved properly, I strongly advise other customers not to buy from this store.
