Everything fits true to size and is well made. I get compliments everything I wear something. I receive them in the time promised.

My main complaint is how difficult your company makes it to do a return of purchase. You literally have to jump thru 3 hoops just to get a return address. First you have to wait 2 days for the company to return your request to send items back. You do not cover return shipping. Then you offer options that are designed to prevent returns. If you choose the last option of wanting your money back, you are warned that the process is slow. All in all very cumbersome. So much so that I kept the items I did not want, was promised store credit for more than original cost. Unfortunately was not told if you use that store credit, then those items could not be returned. So although I ordered more items, I have no idea if they will be any better than the original items ordered

Customer service was excellent. Very generous and helpful. Lots of interesting garment details and lovely fabric. But the size range is too limited. Please go up at least to 3x so that some of the more tailored styles can become accessible. Larger bodies can look very nice is trim tailored styles. It’s nice not to always have to wear sloppy looking clothes.

I have ordered a few items now and have been very pleased with the quality. Recently, I ordered a wrong size and customer service was great in providing a remedy.

I ordered linen pants from Lintico in size L. The waist was elastic but was so tight it was disproportionate to the pants, making them unwearable. The returns process is absolutely ridiculous. There is no way to figure out how to initiate a return on either the web site or in the packaging. I had to chat with a representative to get access to "apply" for a return. Then I had to wait for my return to be approved. Then I had to create my own shipping label, pay for it myself AND somehow go to the web site and upload my tracking number. This step was only described as "3. Important for refund: Upload the return parcel's return receipt and tracking number on the return page." They would not issue the refund until someone in the receiving warehouse found the package and associated it with my online order. Really? How many online companies do this? It is hard to believe this was not a joke that for an $80 pair of pants I would need to do internet research just to figure out how to initiate a return and then also jump through multiple hoops to get my money back. It has been 2 months and I still have not received a refund. DO NOT BUY FROM LINTICO, IT'S NOT WORTH IT!!!

Clothing is beautiful and very well made. I love linen. Only thing is I wish shipping was faster.
