Roger and his team Provide super training and Discipline for children and adults.
Our daughter has been going for years and don’t even have to encourage her to go, she loves it. As a girl, she has never felt left out or judged. Just Encouraged and to honest the guys have a lot of Respect for her and look out for her.
In a week she will be going off to do her training for RAF. But am sure, when ever she comes home, she will go back to Lions of Judah.
Thanks to Roger and his amazing trainers for making training enjoyable as well as making such a great Community club for Charlotte and all mixes of life. Everyone is welcome!.

Great place to get your head down and train, good varied classes and sessions with supportive coaches. Welcoming whether you’re a novice or pro, always someone to train with, gyms well equipped, huge variety of bags, good open floor space too. Highly recommend if you’re looking for somewhere to get started or train for competitions

Has a diverse amount of people all back grounds and abilities are welcome. Very friendly staff , always keen to help and answer questions. Has group classes and also 1:1 where times can be more flexible

The minute we walked into the gym we were made to feel welcome and part of the family. My sons confidence has improved massively in such a short space of time and he is absolutely loving the sessions. Cannot fault the coaches, they're attentive and kind and know exactly how to get the most out of each child and really get them motivated!
