I Got A Monthly Membership With Coach. I’m Planning On Having A 6 Months Membership Course With Coach. I Have Seen His Instagram Account.

Both myself and son train there and I've been trained up to do wcb it's helped my own self-esteem and give me something to look forward to on a daily basis. After trying out many gyms to help my son with his strength and confidence, we’ve happily settled with this one 👍 My son is always buzzing after a good session here. Last week me and the boys were supposed too take part in the interclub the the gym had organised. But because we had a long journey and were late we missed it. But Roger the head coach knew we had traveled a long way and took out his own time and gave us a 2 hour session of circuit training, sparring and pad work. Great gym. Professional trainers who know there stuff and a great gym with top equipment. Will definitely be coming back once a week

Roger is a great guy, hes a great coach who looks after his students, he puts on shoes etc and matches the opponents up fairly unlike alot of places who will tuck you up.

Brilliant gym, roger really pushes you to train hard. Got loads of different machines, weights and bags with a really nice ring. And everyone is very welcoming would defo recommend.
