Very helpful and quick

I want to thank to Claire,she made my dream come through.Today I received my perfume,and it's more then I expected.All this thanks to Claire,as my first order didn't got delivered by Evri, Claire made sure I got my second one.Thank you ever so much,smells amazing,it's bigger bottle then I expected.Vety recommended, especially if it goes through Claire ❤️

Unfortunately my item did not arrive, but Hassan S from customer services was quick to sort the problem out and I was happy with the outcome.

I ordered 2, and only one turned up, i emailed them thay got back everytime, and thay was really helpful.

Amazing customer service from Peter Mca. Sorted my problem straight away with apologies,reordered my items at 💯 discount as I paid for priority but still didn't recieve 9 days later. Quick response on all emails. Just got to wait for my new order now xxx

Ordered and arrived in good time. First spray - wow! Smelt amazing! I applied after a shower and to say I’m disappointed is an understatement. I tried various methods to make the scent last - freshly showed, moisturised, Vaseline… nothing makes it last!

I reached out to customer service, what I got back was poor. They sent me a list of ways to make it work and last - I had tried them all. I asked if I could send it back for a refund - no. Because I had used more than 2 sprays. (Given the advice applying to three places, it’s a poor return policy anyway!). The bottle hardly has any out of it it’s not like I’ve used half a bottle!

I asked if a sample of the cherry one could be sent, so I can try that before buying as it may just be the ‘for her’ one which doesn’t last on me, no. We don’t do samples.

Overall, the perfume smells amazing but it’s very disappointing as 6-8 hours it does not, I would have to reapply every half an hour if I stood a chance of anyone even smelling it. My husband came to me ten minutes after applying freshly showered and moisturised and couldn’t smell a thing.

I have even let my 19 year old daughter try it, same thing. My 39 year old friend - same thing.

Maybe it’s that particular batch which is goosed, or they fake a lot of the good reviews.

Don’t waste your money.

Since my review on trust pilot, liquid London reached out to me via messenger on Facebook. They offered to send me a replacement bottle of perfume as they agree the one I received must be faulty. Unfortunately, none of the perfume bottles or boxes have batch numbers so no way to track this back. Anyway, a new bottle arrived and I do have to say it is better. Does it last 6-8 hours? No. But it does last longer than the original bottle I received. I have tried all the different ways again and the longest duration is 2-3 hours when applying directly after a shower.
They did ask I remove my review once I received a replacement, but I said I would edit it instead to reflect my true experience. I find this fair. The replacement bottle did arrive very quickly, and as mentioned, is better than the original one I purchased, although it still doesn’t last the advertised 6-8 hours and it’s not a strong perfume.

Syed was polite, responsive, and handled my delivery issue with care. My parcel was returned due to an address error and later marked as possibly misplaced by the courier, but Syed quickly arranged a replacement and maintained professional communication throughout. His support was reassuring and genuinely appreciated.

With in a few days of each other I was stressed firstly an order turned up one item short and secondly an other package was left outside my front door and not in my safe place both were dealt with by Bilal and with a few hours replacements were on the way that is GREAT customer service thank you Bilal

My item arrived on time but sadly must of been damaged in transit, I emailed and straight away a new item has been sent out straight away. Thankyou to team member Syed. Thankyou, the perfume smells beautiful.

Both Usama and Bilal provided excellent 5 star customer service today. I’m thoroughly impressed with their speedy responses and Bilal’s strive to ensure I was happy with my order. Everything was handled swiftly and professionally within a matter of hours. Really appreciate your help and will definitely be using this excellent brand again. Waheed was very helpful my first order was lost with Evrie couriers which has happened to me before I suggested royal mail is usually better ,they sent me another bottle and I received it today thank you waheed for solving this problem

First time that i have used Liquid London & i'm very pleased that i found them, I seen them on Facebook so thought that i would see what all the fuss was about. Ordered my goods late Thursday evening on a 1-2 day delivery & true the their word they were delivered first thing Saturday morning! Would definitely recommend to anyone 100%! I had an issue with the Royal Mail app not saying my order was out so contacted them & a lad called Adam got straight back to me reassuring that my order was out will arrive on time & he was spot on 😊A massive thank you to Adam & the team!!

The response from my initial enquiry was quick. Fortunately, the representative Waheed was prompt and professional.

Does not last and as for try and send back if not happy. They only refund if you have had 1 to 2 sprays or they send it back to you and you have to pay postage . I paid for 24 hours 4 days later . Terrible response and not helpful. Tried to contact but can only e mail no customer services on site

My first order arrived smashed, I contacted Liquid London who were very accommodating, I sent them photos and they messaged back and sent out a replacement which arrived today in perfect condition. Great customer service very speedy replacement would definitely recommend.

Was so looking forward to trying this perfume when delivered I opened it and sprayed some on and yes it does smell really nice but only stayed for about 30 mins then I couldn't smell it anymore so disappointed

Ordered perfume and when it was delivered, even though their packaging was excellent, the bottle had smashed.
Their representative Nikki was really helpful and a replacement was received yesterday.
