Great customer service
After buying a bottle of For Her and For Her V3 and getting a lot of compliments I bought a bottle of For Him for a friend. Unfortunately my Evri experience for the delivery has been a bit of a mess but Peter at Liquid London has sorted it all out for me and the bottle should be arriving shortly. I normally wear Molecule 01 by Escentric and I have to say For Her is a pretty close match and much better value.

I ordered a bottle of perfume from Liquid London which never arrived. Courier said they had it but there was a delay, 3 days later it was showing the same. I emailed and Adam in customer service sent out a replacement. Excellent service shame about Evri but it really is a beautiful scent and worth waiting for

I'm really pleased with the help I've received
I'm really pleased with the help I've received from sameer, I've contacted them to say my package was broke and smashed inside the box on arrival and straight away he's organised and sent out a replacement as well as giving a discount code for my next purchase.
Not many company's reply as quick as these have done, and sameer has been extremely helpful.

First rate resolution and customer service
My order didn't arrive and still hasn't 12 days after making that order. Not the fault of Liquid, purely Evri delivery issues as it failed to arrive whilst being tracked and 'out for delivery'. Yasseen at Liquid, sent out a replacement 2 days ago FOC on express delivery, I expect it tomorrow and have been offered a future purchase discount code.
Fair actions for something out of their control that I didn't even ask for.

Rewritten review after my initial one
Rewritten review after my initial one, the V1 perfume was not for me and had a couple of other issues. Diane at customer service is the reason I am now giving 5 stars along with the CHERRY V3 perfume as it is absolutely lovely and lasts for a good 8-10hours. Iv not had any complements on it yet but it smells lovely to me. Delivery was quick and I would buy the cherry V3 again.
I didn’t return the V1 because of postage costs (or I would have exchanged for the V3) but will gift it to someone and hope it suits them.
Thank you Diane one of the best experiences of customer services I have had.

I had never bought from these before but I love cherry and love strong smelling parfume.i must say when you first spray you have to spray quite a few times.the smell is gorgeous but it doesn't last its more like an ear de toilette spray.and me like a donut bought the second half price.to me it's a waste of money.my britney spears midnight knocks spots off this product.i certainly won't waste my money on anymore.well over priced
