Bought a second mystery box, a lot of stuff was in my first box so a little disappointed and some of the stuff i will never use. I was happy with my first box, all i said was stuff from my first box had the same as the first and some of the stuff i won't use. The qualiry of the items was good.

I have bought from you, but found the same items cheaper on other sites.

What a total waste of time and money. I ordered this for Christmas and we just decided today whilst my granddaughter was staying to put it together. Impossible!! Most of the parts were missing!! So very disappointing for me and her. Well a lesson learnt, it’s cheap for good reason.
Since listing this review the Liquidation team have given a response stating my 1* review is unfair as I have bought 3 other things from them, this is true and the 2 other gifts were opened on Christmas Day and were ok, however, this other gift was only opened yesterday and as stated wasn’t fit for purpose as all the bits needed were missing. I stand by this review and dislike that they say they are not involved with the packing of the gifts they sell and therefore remove themselves from fault.
I’m disappointed, as was my granddaughter and I won’t be purchasing from them again as the risk is too great and the lack of taking on the responsibility too low.

Received my face mask mystery box today. Whilst 36 face mask for £19.99 is value for money, I was a little disappointed with the selection. The 36 mask were made up of only 3 different types and none were any of those shown in the picture. I did expect a better variety. I shall however enjoy using them

Great site for authentic products at heavily discounted rate. Purchased quite a few Illamasqua makeup items for just the fraction of the cost and were delivered so quickly. Highly recommend and will be on a look out to purchase again. I also love their concept of preventing more waste ending up in landfill.

Lots of lovely products that I am using and enjoying and some items that I will use as gifts to family and friends! I did have 2 items that I couldn't use at all, but the other great products outweighed that! I hope to order again in the future 👍

This is a great company. I’ve had a few mystery boxes and they have all been brilliant. The items are really good quality and not cheap tat. Great value for money. I’ll be definitely be ordering more. I highly recommend them, you won’t be disappointed

Sadly I haven't had the same positive experiences as other people. Nearly every item was either cheap rubbish or useless to me. I appreciate that a 'mystery box' is going to have some items you wont want and is a risk but in fact there are few I can pass on to other people. No sign of Elemis products widely shown in photos for example. No well known brands as such. Hugely disappointed with my purchase and the box too huge and expensive to return, not that you can return a mystery box. Never again. I hope other people continue to be thrilled with their purchase but I genuinely feel I have been sent the dregs of whats left. Hate leaving negative reviews, I always look for the best in companies but just can't with this.

Fast delivery and when i had to make contact with the team, the response was fast and issue resolved asap. Would absolutely but from again and I highly recommend.

Fast shipping but honestly the items in the £35 household mystery box were utter crap. About half of the items wouldn't even be classed as "household". The box was not worth the purchase and certainly didn't contain items to the value of £100 as advertised.

I spotted an advert for a salt and pepper set , which was at a very reasonable price, I ordered, and I had notification back quickly and the item arrived quickly. Very impressed . Also I wasn’t aware you were a small business, so I am going to keep ordering to hopefully support you . Good luck in the future great idea deserves success

I've bought three mystery boxes. 2 beauty ones and one household one and I've got to say I am more than chuffed with all three. To Be honest its getting quite addictive. 100 percent give this a go because there will be things in these boxes that you will love. Showed my neighbour and I think shes on her 6th one now. Anyway happy customer 😊 can't wait for my next one to arrive

I ordered a mystery beauty box after seeing a facebook advert, I was skeptical but took a chance. The packaged arrived 5 days later and I was excited to see what goodies were inside. WOW I was not disappointed, 25 items all from branded names, mostly full size including makeup, serums,creams, hair products, nail varnish and many more. There are only 2 makeup items I wouldn't use but can pass onto friends. Very happy customer and I will be ordering another one soon.
