Ordered a coat, before xmas and have not had it delivered -multiple emails to their CEO , cusotmer service and chat to no avail, I am either ignored or called a liar. I have raised a case via Klarna now, but it's been a month.... biggest scam.

Bought a coat in 2 sizes from the Debenhams site, £60 each. Kept one returned one. I did think the material was on the cheaper side but it was the colour and style I’d wanted. Went to put the coat on for the 3rd time and realised the inside arm seam had completely come apart exposing the padding.
I emailed to ask about returning as I had already used the returns label to send back the one which was too big.
I was told that they would not do anything as it had been worn. Even though it was clearly a manufacturing fault. I know my consumer rights which this company clearly do not and will be taking further.

I sent back a dress and they are now saying that haven't received it !!

Nothing but a big scam !!!!

And you can't get in touch with anyone!!!

AVOID AT ALL COSTS !!!!

Selected standard delivery 3-4 days. Its now 5 days (3 working days) since i placed my order and the order hasnt even been processed. Contacted Liquorish by 'online chat', facebook & email and no response to any of these. Item will be returned it ever even shows up!

Bad & unhappy
Having received the completely the wrong item, I returned both items, company not acknowledging the return of items , so to date no refund of my money, despite many emails, be weary of using this site, wish I had read the reviews before purchasing, will never never shop with them again

Sizing way out ordered 4 dresses same size according to web information however I would consider a size up if ordering anything fitted.
Kept shirt dress as great fit and looks great.

Ordered a coat looked lovely in the photo when I got it it was so creased up I had it hanging above the radiator for a week and the creases still didn't drop out and one side of the coat was a lot longer than the other, luckily I ordered it through Debenhams so got a refund with no hassle

Returned item only to have the delivery cost not refunded despite having to pay £4 to return the item. So I’ve paid £8 in shipping costs for an item that I have returned. Would never shop here again, first and last time!

I purchased a dress, received a pair of trousers. Returned the trousers immediately, no issue.
Received the dress, returned immediately... still awaiting £49.50 refund.
Company say not received.
I will NOT be purchasing again!

Saw their ad on insta so was a bit wary but thought I’d try them. So glad I did! Got a really cool cardigan in the sale, it was posted that evening, got it so fast and I absolutely love it! Such great, fast service! I would definitely recommend. 10/10! X
