House Of Holland has felt like a hidden gem. The quality is great and sits right. There was a recent sale that I very much liked. I will be shopping here frequently !

I recently bought a couple of items from House of Holland, the artwork and designs from a fashion perspective are really impressive and great quality. Customer service was handy aswell regarding enquiries, very good.

Returned two items, 16 days later I have had NO acknowledgement of my returned items, no refund and yet I keep chasing. Extremely poor customer service. I am still waiting for my money :-(

I’ve had a terrible experience with this company. The quality of the clothing I received is extremely poor, and to make matters worse, there’s no clear way to process a return despite their promise of free returns for orders over £100. I’ve emailed customer service multiple times and have gotten absolutely no response. Really disappointing overall. Avoid buying here.

Ordered an item more than a week ago.
Emailed them today to ask why it still hadn’t been dispatched. Then an email saying the order had been cancelled due to insufficient stock. Then got another email saying my order ‘was unfortunately damaged. We didn’t want to send you a faulty item, so we decided to cancel the order instead’.
So I had to chase them up to tell me this and it looks like they had no intention of fulfilling my order or communicating with me. On top of that their communication back doesn’t seem trustworthy. Not good. I haven’t even had a refund yet.

Do not buy from here.

Missing delivery. Can’t call, can’t email and no reply through their website. Luckily I bought on Klarna so holding payment through them but I’m really disappointed and still need a refund.

Ordered two suits but had to return both due to inconsistent sizing and really cheap feeling material. Designs were stunning but seemed to be made for someone with incredibly long limbs (I'm just above average height) and I looked like I was wearing clothes made for slenderman. I had to pay postage to return but I did receive my refund for the clothes.

I presented my designs for the creative director of house of Holland and she told me she’d work with me to develop them and incorporate their brand into my designs. I haven’t heard back from her since 2021 but I see different versions of my work being sold from the company. I had just graduated from university at the time with no job or money so this seemed like a dream. It’s now clear that they target students to steal their work knowing we can’t do much about it

I have not been well enough to do anything.
I have requested out of good will, if they will honour a refund which they have refused. For an item worth £40.00.
This for me means I will not use again.

My new favourite brand! Really funky and modern designed bags. Love the colours.
Wish they did bigger sized clothing though as the largest seems to be UK 14/16 for women and curvy girls miss out!
Still love the bags and accessories though!

House of Holland is my favourite brand! The quality of everything I have purchased so for has been more than amazing, and I couldn't be happier! I’m also obsessed with their new collection, they have such cool fashionable clothes and bags!

I couldn’t be happier with House of Holland’s brand new collection! I’m obsessed with every little piece, from their clothes, to bags, to their jewellery! I love how I can pick a “going out outfit”, or a “casual outfit”, or a “comfortable, stay at home outfit” all at the same time! Love this Brand 😍
