Wonderful customer service

Wonderful customer service. Best I ever had! Jessica and Olivia were so kind,patient and professional with me looking for the right shades to purchase. It’s been a honor to be assisted from them,and you can really see how much love,passion and eye detailed work they do every day. Lisa Eldridge was the woman who inspired me to get in the craft of makeup and everything that comes from it. Life changing!

This is a review about my experience with the Lisa Eldridge cosmetics customer service team. Charlotte-summer was amazing. I had to make a change to my order, last minute and she was so prompt with her replies and very professional. I really appreciate the support.

The Platinum Standard

To say that both the Lisa Eldridge Beauty brand and her Customer Service team are exemplary is the understatement of understatements. The actual products are consistently well above whatever bar the highest tier is currently set at within the beauty space. They have truly sold themselves since the moment the brand launched in late 2018. Pairing that standard with a Customer Service team unlike any other you or I have most likely ever interacted with (either online or in person) is wonderfully telling.

Whatever issues might come up, no matter how objectively small or larger, the help you receive is nearly immediate and instantly infused with the kindest attention, expert knowledge and truly genuine caring. Louise, Naomi, Olivia, Amelia, Charlotte-Summer, and everyone are truly some of the loveliest people to ever be a part of this industry or to represent a business—period. And possibly just some of the loveliest people on Planet Earth. None of these are exaggerations. Maintaining that standard is the opposite of easy and it speaks volumes about who and what this brand is all about. Everything about Lisa Eldridge Beauty is truly ‘Best in Class’ by design and their CS is a living embodiment of/testimonial to that on every possible level.

Where we choose to spend matters and I will always choose Lisa’s brand not only for the products that arrive in packages but for its foundational integrity and vision—both for their customers and for their staff. All is reflected in every product created but they also live and practice it every day and with every interaction. They’re inextricably intertwined. This kind of ‘humanity as nucleus’ has always been more than extremely rare in businesses of all kinds. And it is also the actual antidote to that which is artificially intelligent. A Brand That Truly Cares with amazing quality

I had an excellent experience with Lisa Eldridge products. From start to finish, their service was truly outstanding. I had an issue with my first order, specifically with a lip pencil, and their team handled it quickly and professionally.
They responded with a sincere apology and immediately arranged a replacement without any hassle. The support I received was not only efficient but also genuinely friendly, which made the whole experience even better.
I’m really impressed and will definitely continue to purchase from them. Highly recommended!

Truly impeccable experience

Truly impeccable experience. Product selection and quality is wonderful, and in case of any questions the customer service is always super helpful, nice and fast.

I had a minor issue where the cap of my lipstick was sitting too loosely and the cap would fall off on its own in the bag. After reaching out to ask about this, I immediately received an express shipping of a replacement part, which resolved the issue.

The luxury of the product is one thing but the luxury of the shopping experience is what really sets this apart. I will be a regular customer in the future for sure.

An elitist and arrogant behaviour by the team…

UPDATE: Sadly I have to change the rating on this review as not only the Seamless Foundation sample of No. 11 I was sent did not work for my skin tone but I had a very disappointing experience with their staff. When I did a full face application (It gave me a weird overly yellow/green cast). When I shared this with the staff to get some guidance, I had a very disappointing experience. The staff dug their heels insisting that I have olive in my skin and need to buy 2 shades No. 11 and No. 9.5 (true olive) to mix together to make No. 11 (labelled as neutral golden) to work with what they consider hint of olive in my skin. Originally they told me based on same selfies (taken with Sony camera and natural lighting) that I am neutral/golden (which I am) with just a hint of olive to now insisting that No. 11 is giving me weird yellow/green cast because I am olive enough to now need to go more olive by mixing No. 11 with 9.5. This made no sense to me given that No, 11 (neutral /golden) which visually looks more olive green (and explains why it pulled a yellow green cast on me) is going to fix my problem by moving further into olive territory with 9.5 (true olive). Also please note, they understandably have a limit on samples they can send you, so they are suggesting that I now need to buy two foundations to mix as I can’t be sent anymore samples. I replied to them with a carefully considered list of questions to understand their reasoning and I cannot tell you how deeply disappointed I was when their team member Rachael responded by ignoring and not answering any of the points I had raised but also insisting that their suggestion and assessment of my skin tone and recommendation of mixing No. 11 and No. 9.5 is correct and I should go and get a second opinion in person locally with Mecca (a luxury brand cosmetic store in Australia) of my skin tone. What she is assuming is that I haven’t already done that in the past. Mecca matched me up with Nars Patagonia in Sheer Glow (for reference) which is a true neutral with a hint of peach. It’s been my HG foundation and perfect shade match for a few years now. So in summary, after all my painstaking effort of taking proper selfies, waiting for samples, testing them, taking photos to send their team, I was left feeling by their team that I have no self knowledge about my skin and none of the points I had raised with them are worth answering even though I had put a lot of effort into it, in my genuine desire to truly understand what I was missing in my understanding of their recommendation. A sadly elitist and arrogant display of behaviour from the team which is completely misaligned with everything Lisa Eldridge stands for. I love and respect Lisa so much. So this is extra bitter for me. She is so beautiful in every way and so down to earth that this is such a shock to me that the team has behaved this way.

Lisa Eldridge customer service is…

Lisa Eldridge customer service is amazing. I had help colour matching via email and the responses from the team were always prompt, friendly and detailed, I was given great advice and I was also sent some testers to try the foundation. Unfortunately I’m between shades so I didn’t find my perfect match but Naomi from customer service provided a refund for the foundation I purchased. My experience with was truly brilliant from start to end, I hope to order from them again in the future if new shades come out.

Amazing company

I recently received a makeup product that arrived damaged, and Lisa's team went above and beyond to make it right. They offered multiple options to resolve the issue—even though they didn’t have to—which truly speaks to their commitment to their customers.

It’s rare to come across a company that genuinely cares this much. I really appreciate the support and will absolutely continue to recommend Lisa's products. Amazing experience all around!

Customer service is truly excellent

Customer service is truly excellent. Color matching through emailed support was easy and the sample I received after was absolutely perfect. Other companies should be taking notes. I am not a heavy makeup user, and that's in part because I've never found a color match that didn't look obviously fake or feel heavy on my skin - until now! I've only just started using Lisa Eldridge products but already feel like a customer for life.

The Client Service is amazing

The Client Service is amazing. I wrote to them due to some doubts about the correct shade of foundation for my complexion and they guided me to the choice sending me their recommendation, and live swatches. They also sent me complimentary samples of different foundation shades in order for me to try them on. Also the purchase experience at the top, fast and efficient delivery. I love my new Lisa Eldridge foundation!

The products are just the best you can…

The products are just the best you can find. Shipping is fast and the team is fabulous! You can always reach out to them with any issue and the answers are fast and always very obliging. I even got a replacement for a product without any hesitation. I am a faithful costumer for years and never got disappointed.
