Amazing experience with the customer service team, especially Faye and Olivia were super helpful with shade matching and sending over some samples of the LE skin tint. The tint itself is lightweight with enough coverage, very very skin-like. Absolutely recommend the products and reaching out to the customer service team with any questions!

I absolutely love Lisa Eldridge's highly pigmented lipsticks, especially their blue red, which I find to be superior to anyone elses. But when I received 2 that both broke at the base within the first two uses, I was very disappointed. I left a review on their page, and within hourse someone from customer service had reached out to me. Without me even asking, they politely and quickly remedied my situation and I couldn't be more satisfied with this experience.

Great products and the absolutely best customer service ever! They help you find the right shades of skin tint, foundation and Concealer, recommend lip stick colors to go with your skin tone. And are quick to help and super kind if there are ever any issues whatsoever. They deserve 100 Stars! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I am really happy with all my LE beauty purchases so far. Today I received a new order. Unfortunately one of the products was damaged. I emailed costumer service and Olivia immediately responded informing me that she has already ordered a replacement for me. Five stars for the great products and the excellent costumer service!

Without exception, the Lisa Eldridge customer service team is top-notch. Responses are rapid, even on weekends (when I wasn't expecting it). Queries are passed seamlessly between teammates so you never have to repeat or explain yourself. Lisa Eldridge Beauty is one of the BEST Beauty brands on the market. The way she creates colors is nothing short of magical. I live in the US and you can't "test" the products but she has an amazing team to help you find the best color for you. You can even send them selfies and they'll work with you! The best customer service and the products are insanely good!

These sophisticated products, which I've bought online and in SpaceNK, are really refined and effective. It's a pleasure to apply them and I feel good wearing them.

I've been a loyal Lisa Eldridge customer since the beginning. I've made several online orders and even visited in store while I was in London. I even wore her foundation on my wedding day.

Recently I ordered the single eyeshadow in shade Posh which came shattered. I reached out to her team and they sent another one right away. Unfortunately, that one also came broken. I reached out again to her team and asked for a refund. Which they generously gave and additionally sent me the Betty palette.

I don't think I've ever had such an amazing experience with customer service which is why I choose to continue to repurchasing from Lisa Eldridge.

I’ve always found it hard to find the right shade, and was pleasantly surprised to find there was a sample service and the support I’ve received from members of customer service (Abi, Ashleigh, Kate & Phillipa) has felt caring and personal. Nothing has been too much trouble.Their advice has been spot on, the samples were a great to help me find my ideal match. The products are gorgeous, having got the skin tint and liquid eyeshadow, arriving quickly and beautifully presented.

Some of my items arrived damaged so, I would suggest more padding or bubble wrap as the shipping process can be rough on delicate items. Otherwise, customer service made what can be a very tedious process seamless. All the reps were friendly and prompt.

Wonderful experience with the support team. I've unfortunately had an issue with one of the products ordered (it probably had to do with the transport) and reached out to the team, wondering about what I should do. Courtney answered back very fast and managed the situation beautifully and efficiently - by morning a new product had already been sent as a replacement for the one I had. I've been a Lisa Eldridge product fan for many years and use most of their products and never had any issues of any sorts - but I'm very happy to see that if something does happen, it can be sorted out so smoothly.

This is my 2nd review in a short period of time, once again I need to comment on how excellent the Customer Service team is, Im an avid on-line shopper, and I have never experienced such great customer service.
This time, I was having a little bit of a problem with the shade of the Skin Tint that would best suit my skin tone, although I did order the wrong shade (it was just too light for me) I can say that the product itself is amazing! I have older skin and I just do not like heavy make up, this tint is as light as a feather but at the same time gives amazing coverage, it just completely evens out my skin tone and all the little blemishes, fantastic product, wish I'd know about this product years ago! Looking forward to receiving my new shade - with the help of Customer Services - its on its way :-)

I have bought from the Lisa Eldridge site for several years and on numerous occasions for gifts with delivery to the recipients, as well as for myself. At all times the makeup has arrived beautifully wrapped and packed. So far I have been very impressed with all of my makeup purchased, the Lucent lipsticks are beautiful as are the Rouge experience, the skin tint and foundation both give the most beautiful finish. The eyeliner is so soft to apply but stays put and the eyeshadows are truly gorgeous. Although the Velvet lipsticks are too easily damaged for me, the colour and finish are stunning.
I had a query in regards to an instore purchase and the response to my email query was remarkably prompt and helpful. The customer service even sent me a gift card!.
