The entire Lisa Eldridge support team is amazing! I've been looking at Lisa Eldridge for a while now because of their olive-friendly base products, but I haven't tried any because they don't have a local retailer in my country. I reached out regarding the possibility of sending samples to SEA, and after they reviewed my pictures, they sent over a couple of samples. They graciously offered to send over more samples when I did not find a perfect match from the first samples. The team was very patient in answering my questions and I'm so excited to place my order!

I've been following Lisa since her early years on YouTube, so I was very happy to see her produce her own line of make up. I've bought several items over the years and I've been impressed with every single one. My only gripe is that I missed out on her coveted "Go Lightly" lipstick 😭.

I've seen comments from so many customers who have had to reach out to Lisa and her team for help with shade selection, and occasionally when they have had issues with their products, and the team have sought to solve every single issue with great advice and even free replacements! I've yet to need any help from the team, but I know I'll be in good hands if I ever need anything.

My standouts are her liquid highlighter - a game-changer for maturing skin - I have the shades Crystal Nebula and Pink Moon, the Seamless Enhancing Skin Tint, the Vega eyeshadow palette, and most recently, the Velatura Cheek and Lip balm in the shade Rose Madder.

The online customer service was excellent and provided me with helpful guidance and advice. They were quick to respond and genuinely friendly and interested in my questions. Products arrived well packaged and on time.

Despite not being keen on the product (seamless skin enhancing tint) as it made my skin look washed out, I cannot fault the impeccable customer service of this company. They responded promptly to my queries and happily sent out a replacement shade at no extra cost, although, sadly, as I said, this did not suit me either. Nevertheless, Lisa Eldridge is a brand I would recommend, on the quality of their customer service alone.

Customer service was EXTREMELY helpful and provided suggestions on products. The products I received were also great and I was able to find a foundation that matched me for the first time ever.

Don't be put off ordering on line as the team are amazing and quick to sort out any issues you may have. Kate was also very helpful regarding the correct shade of foundation. I am new to LE products and they are divine! So far I have the sculpt and shade lip pencil, the Velatura lip and cheek stick and the Luxuriosly Lucent lip colour - all gorgeous. Can't wait to add to my collection as there are so many beautiful shades and to try the foundation. Thank you.

What an amazing customer service team Lisa Eldridge has. I've spoken to them on two occasions and they have gone above and beyond. The first time was to request a foundation sample as I don't have a Lisa Eldridge counter near me, they didn't just agree to send one but to send 4 as they listened and understood my skin problems.
Second, was because I had a reaction to a lipstick (it must have been a certain ingredient that I think was in another brand that I had tried previously.) I hadn't bought it direct from their website but they still went above and beyond for me and gave me other lip recommendations and colours then gave me a gift card. Because of the first experience I had with them, I've bought 5 more products from them and got my mum buying their products too. I can't wait for the foundation samples to arrive as I know I'll be in safe hands with Lisa's team.

I had an issue with a lipstick I recently ordered. It unfortunately didn't match the online description and pictures. I do understand there are various ways this happens, and it was someone's fault. It was an expectation vs. reality, unfortunately. I contacted Lisa's customer service right away when I realized the lipstick wasn't what I wanted/expected. Her team responded in a very kind and timely manner. I especially appreciated the mention of how I could donate my product instead of returning it. I requested and received a refund. I truly love Lisa's products. She could have said no to the return/refund, but was so compassionate and understanding instead. Her customer service team deserves more than 5 stars. I will continue to purchase Lisa's products, because of the high quality and performance, and her great customer service.

Lisa and her team are the best I ever come across and have always selected high-end for quality, and this company beats them all. Her team's knowledge is such a great asset to assist in purchasing the line and am so grateful for their help.

I had the best service from the Lisa Eldridge team. I had an issue with balm that I ordered. I received an email reply and a replacement order placed within hours of emailing the customer service team. I received the replacement in less than a week, and I live in Napa, California. Kudos to the team. 🩷

The customer service is incomparable, yes simply matchless. They treat everyone as a VIP. I especially enjoy seeing Lisa Eldridge's ethos, that I've watched in numerous YouTube tutorials, being so beautifully reflected in the whole brand.

The customer service at Lisa Eldridge Beauty is second to none. Having been sent an incorrect order, I received a response from Customer Services very promptly, despite it being a bank holiday. A replacement order was forwarded very quickly and I was delighted to be told to keep the items sent incorrectly, which now form part of my daily routine.

All I can say is that any company that wants to improve their business should learn from Lisa Eldridge's Customer Service team.
