You’ve made me a customer for life!
I’ve been a customer for years now, and have always loved these products, especially the velvet lipsticks. I had my first minor issue with a product arriving damaged, and it was almost worth it to see the magnificent customer service team in action. These fabulous ladies not only resolved my issue kindly, but in record time. All my correspondence and resolution took place within an afternoon, and my new item is already on the way. It was a breath of fresh air and will ensure I order with Lisa Eldridge again!

Replacement of damaged products during shipping
I received two of Lisa Eldridge's products damaged during shipping. I contacted Lisa's customer service team to request a replacement. Gemma, from Lisa's team, replied to my message immediately, letting me know the products would be replaced. I received an order number for the replacement products instantly. I am highly impressed by Lisa's customer service. I really appreciate their understanding and kindness, and that they addressed the problem quickly.

I’ve been really impressed with this brand. The quality of the makeup is excellent—everything feels well-made and performs beautifully.
What stood out even more was their customer service. One of the lipstick shades I chose just didn’t work for me, and they made the exchange process incredibly easy. They responded quickly and will send a replacement or a gift card based on my preference.

I have ordered from Lisa's website three times now and had a top tier experience each time. The ring I purchased from her website was made with high quality craftsmanship and it was overnighted to me with the company accepting all duties. The most recent time I ordered from Lisa Eldridge there was a slight issue with my order and the team was extremely generous in how they dealt with the issue. Definitely the best customer service I've received from a brand.

The customer service team are amazing. I ordered the new velatura balm and it arrived faulty. I emailed the customer service team for help and after sending a picture they ordered me a replacement product within the hour. The team are very responsive, helpful and friendly. Very happy 😍.

I have loved Lisa's products for a little while but only recently had reason to interact with the support team.
I bought a product recently that arrived broken from transit. Not the company's fault at all, everything was carefully wrapped and well thought-out, but it happens. Normally I wouldn't make a fuss, but I couldn't make it work without totally destroying the item and any joy of interacting with it. I sent an email with some photos and explained. Within an hour, I had a friendly email reply from the team telling me that they had already arranged to send me a new one.
It was fast, kind, helpful and made sure I didn't walk away from the experience with a bad taste in my mouth.

Such a great experience. In our area there is no shop, so I rely on the remote advice from Lisa’s team. Communication is realy fast en super friendly and helpful. And the product I love (skin tint)! It feels light on the skin and makes it look nice and even (lighter coverage).

Having tried a lot of LE products, I can say that the quality is top! As it may happen, I received a defected product with my last order, due to shipping mishandling. The customer service replied within an hour on a Friday afternoon and proceeded to solve my problem, without any hesitation! Whether in physical store or online, the experience of buying a LE product is the best!

Plesantly Surprised
Firstly the response to my email was immediate. That's unusual! I am new to Lisa Eldridge products & i got in touch to get a color reccomendation. I haven't worn foundation for many years bc i was never happy w/ the result. I always felt like i was in a kabuki mask esp as i got older. But i've read some good reviews of Skin Tint so i think i will give it a try. I sent in a selfie - again an overnight turnaround on that - and it was suggested T5 or T6 which r light medium olive & neutral. Not long ago i was skin typed as a light medium olive by a MAC rep. So yeah seems spot on! Color matching has always been such a big headache for me & now i cant wait to try Skin Tint w/ the Precise Concealer. I was very pleased overall w/ this first step experience; very easy & very upbeat & knowledgeable. Now i am trying to find the Matrix that i keep hearing Lisa mention on ur website but cant seem to find it. Any clues?
