A simple 30 minute workout with Lisa that has upgraded my life

I'm a busy working mum, who sits at my desk all day and then pours all my energy into the needs of my daughter. The is little to no time to prioritise myself and movement. Lisa has made it so easy for me to navigate how to build strength in as little as 30 minutes a day (during my lunch break). The exercises are super clear, consistent and I already feel my body getting stronger. Since working with Lisa, my mood has shifted to be more uplifted and happy. I'm also more motivated to eat well and even move more outside our sessions.

I've never been a gym goer and Lisa completely breaks down all of the exercises, which makes me feel at ease and confident. She's super clear with her instructions and carefully navigates what I am capable of, with a good friendly push to keep improving.

Lisa has been very helpful with my EDS

Lisa is an extremely thoughtful trainer who takes the time to really tailor your training to your needs. I have EDS and as such I tend to injure myself in everyday life a lot. Lisa is always very quick to offer alternative exercises if something won't work given whatever injury I am sporting at the time. She has also focused her training on strengthening my weaker areas in safe, manageable levels. She has helped me support my joints to stop so many injuries happening in the first place and also reducing the impact of them.

I do struggle with motivation if I am going to the gym on my own. Also with gauging how much to increase intensity by and when. The same goes for healthy eating.
Being accountable to Lisa makes a big difference. She is never judgemental or pushy, she understands you have a life and does her best to help you reach your goals in a sustainable way.

On top of all that, Lisa is lovely and easy to talk to. Not to mention a badass stunt woman. 5/5 highly recommend.

I really loved that Lisa was able to…

I really loved that Lisa was able to assess my starting point of physical health (for example, how tight some of my muscles are) and personalize the workout program according to that. I would have never gotten that from a basic workout youtube video that I used to follow before hiring Lisa as a PT. She was also able to constantly adapt the workout program to my needs, as I'm constantly traveling and therefore have access to different workout equipments (most of the time just workout bands).

Hiring Lisa as a PT also makes you accountable to do the workouts, and she is sending encouraging messages through the app and workout program.

A plus is that she also is a stunt woman, and is active on her social media boosting fitness motivation

Lisa really puts in efforts to the…

Lisa really puts in efforts to the personalised experience and tailors the program just for me ;) She’s always very understanding and supportive throughout the program. She’s also great at communicating about details and feelings so I feel guided closely even when the coaching is remote. Lisa’s focus on women’s health and physiological care has helped me a lot in recovery and strength training. My favourite part about the program is its sustainable approach - no fad diets or harsh training for “instant” effects, but emphasising long term habit-building.

Workouts are challenging, empowering, and fun!

I’ve been training with Lisa for several months, and it’s been great! She’s super kind and brings a sense of humor to every session, making workouts genuinely enjoyable. What I especially appreciate is her ability to adapt to my needs — whether my energy is low or I’m on my period, she adjusts the workout thoughtfully — while still gently pushing me beyond my comfort zone. Training with Lisa is challenging, empowering, and truly fun. I highly recommend her.
