A simple 30 minute workout with Lisa that has upgraded my life
I'm a busy working mum, who sits at my desk all day and then pours all my energy into the needs of my daughter. The is little to no time to prioritise myself and movement. Lisa has made it so easy for me to navigate how to build strength in as little as 30 minutes a day (during my lunch break). The exercises are super clear, consistent and I already feel my body getting stronger. Since working with Lisa, my mood has shifted to be more uplifted and happy. I'm also more motivated to eat well and even move more outside our sessions.
I've never been a gym goer and Lisa completely breaks down all of the exercises, which makes me feel at ease and confident. She's super clear with her instructions and carefully navigates what I am capable of, with a good friendly push to keep improving.
