I've had a few hiccups as I transitioned from woocomerce to SquareSpace but every single one (including many my own doing) the staff has been fast, efficient and super helpful!

My hosting provider request the IP list of LitCommerce servers in a TXT/JSON file to download and LitCommerce refuse to provide it!

LitCommerce is a very powerful tool. There are a lot of moving parts, but support is extremely helpful. As I was working on some drafts I was contacted by Evelyn and she was extremely helpful in making sure I was using all the tools that LitCommerce offers. She showed me how I could apply certain templates to all my drafts at once instead of one by one. Saving me a bunch of time! Highly recommend LitCommerce!

Pauline was fantastic, and very helpful helping me sort out an issue with an error I made in duplicating my main store.

Customer Service is slow, robotic and sometimes even unresponsive, lots of techincal issues. Not happy as I pay alot of money for this service.

Harvey has made this an awesome experience. He has been most patient with me and I was able to celebrate my first publishing with him. All representatives should be this pleasant to work with to achieve success. Give him two raises he deserves it!
