Came back to my old account after Binance refused to withdraw my funds, had to reset 2FA to gain access again but this was solved within 1 hour after the first contact with Litebit.
Transferred some my BTC and withdrew a portion of it, to have the money deposited in my bank account the same day. Great service.

They didn't let me withdraw my funds and then closed my account without information.
I contacted them multiple times and threatened to sue.
Will delete this review if they give my money back

The only fast response of course was to this Trustpilot review. What a surprise.
EDIT:
They sent me 2 Standard FAQ Emails about me going against their terms and service which is not true.
They also did not return the money to the bank account which would be standard procedure for T&C Violation. TEHY ARE SCAMMERS. I reported them with the police

Even after more than a week they have not returned the money to my bank account or even gotten back to me again

Fund transfers from my bank account not credited in LiteBit account
I had done some funds tranfers from my bank account and I noticed they were not credited in my LiteBit account. After contacting the support my fund transfer was tracked by LiteBit and the support explained why the funds were not credited (actually it was my fault...). Finally, the funds were immediately credited in my LiteBit account. Problem solved fast and efficiently. More than grateful, great job!
