Can not access my money because the verification doesn’t work properly.

Lost several coins because i had no access. Very poor support, no one was reachable not via phone, mail, impossible to reach the support. And the answers that i sent to the support, i just get some automated text, that is all.

All right, but I had to wait for days for accepting a transfer

i have purchased some bitcoins, have been trying to send those bitcoins to my personal external wallet on my phone. i spoke with support, i sent them necesarry pictures and information also. they would not let me send my bitcoins to my wallet, after 2 weeks of speaking with support 0 possibilities. I tell them i will get all the documents or verifications they need, but they would not let me withdraw my bitcoins, it is still stuck there. Very Very frustrated about this case. My money i can not take, Big dissapointement, still trying to send my bitcoins to myself, but no luck...

I got a call someone who said they will activate my account and ended up paying around 3800 euros and ask me to pay 20000 euros more to get my money back.
I feel I been robbed and the worse think is I don’t have access to the account anymore and they threaten me the account will be blocked until I invest another 20000

After contacting the service for a connection problem, it resolved the problem within 24 hours. thanks to the whole team.

I do not have much experience with LiteBit.eu t this point, but their support team was prompt and helpful.

The site worked great, unfortunately, it was used by a scam broker….lost all my money….there should be a red flag with certain wallets…thank You

Not having access to your own wallet when you need it is inexcusable . I am looking for other options.

Update 17 Dec. Have regained access , after the update to your systems. I find if the app, what can only be seen as a core competence of your business cannot be updated smoothly, then i really wonder about the security of the wallets. Mind you im raising this out of concern as a current client.

I have deposited 2000 € but could not withdraw After I wanted to block my account and requested my payment back, I was told that my exit was faked! That they CANNOT SEND MY MONEY BACK TO ME! BUT EVENLY WITH MY FALSE IDENTIFICATION I have a problem going, I have a report. Other companies also send the payments back if they suspect something is fake!

WHAT RIGHT ARE YOU ALLOWED TO KEEP MY MONEY ??? If there is a suspicion then you send the payment back to the SENDER WHERE IT COMES FROM I WANT TO SEE WHERE IT IS YOU GIVE THE RIGHT TO KEEP MY MONEY !!
