I give them a one-star
I give them a one-star. They used to be a good exchange I've been with them since 2018 and never had issues. Now they try to verify funds for people, and they disappear no phone service, no email replies, they treat people with few thousand euros like criminals. Are they going bust? are we going to lose cash the little that we have? I called them yesterday, and I get the same voice message as today! Nothing no reply a disturbing course of events for lite bit.
Going on Day six and still no resolution to release my funds! The longer it goes on, the more opportunity for these thieves to take no action. FTX or Litebit what is the difference! one took the money and run what will the other do? They have ruined their reputation I guess who cares, they get the money and the bad reputation?
