Unable to access the account.
Created an account few days ago, added some money to it and requested manual review so I could withdraw euro.
Tried accessing the account now but with no luck. Even though the e-mail and password are correct, the page just refreshes.
Edit: They unlocked my account but I am still giving one star as locking somebody's account without ANY notice could lead to serious problems, especially for eldery users or users who have zero knowledge about crypto.
