Don't waste your time, they have a lot of issues with registration, my account is many years old, I had my 2factor in old mobile phone erased, and I can't reset, always same issue in the followed steps,when I was trying multiple time log in my account following the steps with everything email,phone number, selfie ID, settings are very poor, they have new regulations in Nederland, maybe that's why they don't want retail users anymore and are taking small investors and retail crypto users out, luckily I had no balance in that 💩

Be aware "48h" new account lockdown
Be aware that litebit has a "48h" new account lockdown period. So in essence you can transfer your assets and ofcourse buy new assets, but you cannot withdraw or transfer your assets out making them essentially held hostage till the company does their "fraud" checks even after providing all legal documents.

Protected from fraud
I fell for an ad on Facebook and opened a account with LiteBit. After I had deposited my savings and converted it to Bitcoin. They (the company that tried to rip me) made me transfer the Bitcoin to a wallet. Luckily people at LiteBit recognized this wallet address (3NLuDFDwgC95doDtkXTYoRUnV3qdb2na7A).
They phoned me and explained the situation and they transferred all the money back to my bank account, I lost 20 euros (because bitcoin price dropped) but if they did the transfer I would have lost all my savings and there would have been no way of getting it back.

Not the best platform
The transactions took way longer than what they promise. Also, the customer service is inadequate and takes them a long time to process and understand a customers’ request. Transactions are sometimes cancelled for no reason and they still collect the fees even though the service was not delivered. Overall, they over complicate the process with constantly asking for supporting documents and by not dealing with mistakes that happen on their side.
