Support was really helpfull and respectfull the servers run atleast decent from the expierence that i have had with it. they always mention when something is wrong and they are really understanding regarding small and big issues. got support within 10 minutes which i was suprised by a 5 star from me!

At first, I was hesitant because the server is in Europe and we're in Asia, but the routing is so good that my players don't even notice the distance. No lag spikes or packet loss at all. Also, the support on Discord is very cool, they actually listen and help immediately instead of making you wait days for a ticket. Best value I've found so far for the price. They've also said that they will transfer the server to ASIA/SINGAPORE when it's ready without any charges^^

ive had no issues and the issues ive had i caused my self and they fixed it for me the support is super fast the server hosting its self is flawless super smooth even running a modpack with over 400 mods and being far from the hosting location i dont feel any lag or any issues

Litebyte is an affordable server host that doesn't sacrifice user experience for profit.

I have been using Litebyte for some time now, running a heavily modded server for a small community. (Think 6 people on at once) I have had 0 unscheduled downtime on the server side of things. Litebyte has been incredibly transparent about issues they may be dealing with, and server merges or transfers have been a breeze. I never notice downtime, and any issues I do have their support team gladly helps me with.

I switched to Litebyte because of their reliability, accessibility, and willingness to help when you don't know what is going on with your server.

I couldn't recommend them enough. In my several years running minecraft servers Litebyte has proved to be the best provider on the market in my opinion.

Their customer support was excellent, with great staff, and they respond to tickets at a moment's notice. The server is running great, and I have come around 1 issue, and it turns out it's a mod bug, not a server issue, and still the mod team helped me fix it.

I have tried a ton of hosts before Sparked, Bisect, Apex, ScalaCube, and none of them even come close to LiteByte. The price to performance difference is actually insane. Your getting top tier hardware (Ryzen 9 9950X & 7950X @ 5.7GHz) for way less than other hosting companies

I was struggling to add my friend on bedrock to the server so I joined the server to ask for help and got help almost immediatly when I made my ticket he went in kicked me out , killed my friend , kicked him out , fixed the problem in less than 5 mins.... 5 stars

the price of these Minecraft severs are pretty much unbeatable and the support is the same. Overall there is minimal lag and plays out amazing for what you order. they support Modpack with no issues and if you ever have an issue they will give you fast support and help you live through your process.

Best Minecraft server hosting I have ever used. Price is unbeatable, and the server performance has always been strong and consistent, with the only major downtime I can ever remember happening when the servers are actually being upgraded, and the owner has always let us know beforehand.

The support is fantastic, with the owner himself actually reaching out to give me an update on the status of my server. Not many hosting companies are even close to giving you that level of customer care, and set you up with a support agent that only cares about moving onto the next ticket. This is NOT Litebyte.

Overall, I would recommend Litebyte to anyone who wants to be treated like a valuable customer and human and needs an excellent server at a fraction of the cost of many other hosting companies. I'd recommend choosing Litebyte.

This is an amazing server host! I had a couple issues, like uploading a world, or uploading addons, but I went to the discord and got help! The support team helped me a lot! They never got frustrated, and were very helpful! They added the optimization flags for startup, set up geyser, and gave me a yt video on how to upload worlds & addons! If I could rate this 10 stars, I absolutely would. I would totally recommend this to anyone looking for server hosting.
