Title: Poor Support Experience Despite Good Server Performance

I bought a Minecraft server from LiteByte Hosting. At first, I was impressed — the server performance was smooth and stable.

However, when I asked for help in their Discord support server to transfer files from my previous host, I received no assistance. Instead, I was suddenly banned without any explanation. As a paying customer, this was extremely disappointing and unprofessional.

The hosting itself may be decent, but the customer support is terrible. I expected better treatment and communication.

Litebyte is a very good server hosting its really cheap and good for its price. The discord support is very kind and helpful. i recommend it if you want an small smp or even a big server im not joking 10/10

i have been struggling with surf hosting for a while and these guys made the transfer out of that dumpster fire easy and they helped me every step of the way even when my browser decided to but out on the site due to a weird thing with the cookie cache that probably only happened cause im very lacking in knowledge on tech regardless if you are looking for servers that have great service and reliability on top of performance almost twice as good as my prior server then these guys are gonna help you out

We got an offer for partnership with this hosting from one of their moderators. They offered us better hardware at better pricing, which is great, also providing help if needed, for example they helped in creating a custom domain for the server. I would recommend LiteByte to everyone who wants to create a Minecraft server, no matter if it is for their friend group, or a public one.

So, maybe some of you aren't convinced yet, so please read this first before judging.

I started with only 2 GB of RAM for a Minecraft server on the newer versions, and it was obviously too little for the server, which kept crashing. I then contacted Nathan and asked if, as an exception, he could provide a better server for this month, and that I would pay the regular price for the server starting next month, as I'm currently having a bit of financial trouble. He understood and asked if he should set up the server right away, to which I agreed. Now, I have this better server with outstanding performance for this month, and next month I'll pay the price it normally costs. It’s rare to find people who understand and offer such support. I can highly recommend Litebyte Hosting to anyone looking for affordable but powerful servers—there’s something for everyone!

To be honest, I cannot suggest another minecraft hosting site; This one just features everything, quick support, cheap hosting and more you can check in the website.

There have been outages before, but I saw that the owner really didn't want to let us down. He worked extremely hard to get the server back up and gave us a clear explanation on what happened which is not something most hosting companies do.
