Great program. Very easy to follow. Delivery on time. Meals are good and I have not felt hungry. 3kgs gone after 4 weeks.
Light & Easy started out quite good, the meals were been delivered at a reasonable time mid to late morning. But that is no longer the case, now the meals are been delivered around 4 pm & as late as 5 pm. The meals are not fully frozen, & have arrived on more than one occasion thawed out, this has occurred from sitting in a truck since 6 am. After complaining to the delivery driver, who then exhibited a bad attitude which resulted in a formal compliant being lodged with Light & Easy Qld. It is totally unacceptable for meals to be delivered late afternoon especially in summer, & very poor customer service from a delivery driver. After numerous complaints & phone calls about very late deliveries, this issue remains unresolved. The solution is quite simple, " HIRE MORE DELIVERY DRIVERS ". Avoid this company it is not worth the stress nor very poor customer service.
Lite n Easy got back to me and now we get the invoice as it should be. Thank You so much for such a quick response and to get this sorted for us.
Meal choices are great, the dinner portion sizes are right and the whole process for ordering and delivery is user friendly.
I have recommended it to friends as it is both quality and value for money.
Came back to Lite and Easy after a year off using a local producer. Local cost is now more than Lite and Easy no doubt due to cost of electricity and gas to run a commercial kitchen. So ..placed an Order yesterday and all appeared to go OK. Received an SMS at 6am this morning to be told my Order was cancelled due to my credit card being declined. My credit card works fine so obviously a hiccup, but no option to fix the problem, just cancel my Order.
Looks like I go back to the local producer and pay a bit more. I cannot complain about the customer service, as there wasn't any.

I have not had a bad meal yet. The food arrives when it says it will, and I love the choice you get. i have been losing about a kg a week, and there is always some food left over at the end of the week. It is great value.
I'm learning what I like and what I don't like. The staff are super friendly, professional and very helpful. It was delivered when they said it would be and handed to me so I wouldn't have to lift. So far I've only had a couple of meals I wasn't keen on, but that's OK there's plenty else to choose from. Loving the variety and find the meals packed full of goodies and tasty. When I first started I thought the meals looked small but actually found them quite filling. I've been reading the reviews and it makes me sad that so many people love to complain. I will definitely recommend.
If Lite n’ Easy spent half the money they pour into The Block ads on improving their customer service team, they wouldn’t have to keep replacing dissatisfied customers like me! It seems their front office staff struggle to spell the word “service,” let alone deliver it.
Here’s a tip, Lite n’ Easy: It’s much cheaper to keep existing customers happy than to win new ones. Time to reinvest in training and fix these hiccups—before your advertising budget ends up doing all the heavy lifting!

Great tasting, easy to organise a meal that is extremely healthy, if you need to lose weight or you need to gain weight try light n easy, its the best meal service out there.
I am a senior citizen and the main dinner meals are what I need to get me by and stay healthy. They are totaly awsome meals and have them every second night.
Ate first meal of roast lamb last night, from order delivered previous day.
The order was reported delivered at around 10.30 am. I was home from work at 4.30 and noticed there was no ice left on box.
After eating my meal, I woke several hours later with what I assume was food poisoning. Fever, headache, terrible gut cramps, sweats and persistent diarrhoea
I have been wiped out and slept most of the day after reducing the gastro symptoms with gastro stop.
I'm now extremely hesitant to eat any of it
I ordered 10 meals plus 6 small meals, and now scared to eat them

I used lite n easy several years ago, very happy with the food and choices
But just recently started using lite n easy again…the choices are limited and the food is now slop

Lite n Easy have a certain arrogance that translates to unreliable and poor quality, when you discuss this with them its zero cares.
Poor produce quality and now a change in delivery style, I have been given no choice but to cancel, delivery was 11am-1pm for over a year, now as early as 4:55am, first week tape looked disturbed as if someone had interfered with delivery, this week only half taped and irregular position, again appearing to have been interfered with before I can get to it, LnE are too stupid to understand the value they bring and have become a bigger business with zero fux, simple, I will help them become a smaller business and not order.

Not happy Lite n Easy have changed their schedule for deliveries. I was receiving my delivery on a Friday between 5:30am and 6am, I received Friday's delivery at 5:15pm, the previous Friday 9:45am. Friday's are the worst day for me, it was ok with the early morning time, but it's not ok getting them later in the day. They have delivery two other days but I have to pay $9.00 delivery fee if I change it. This is grosely unfair! Lite n Easy have changed their delivery schedule and expect customers to fit in with it. No customer service!

We were pleasantly surprised at how tasty the meals really were. The choice of portion sizes in the various packages was a bonus. With the exception of one out of 28 meals, All have been very enjoyable. The one exception was just a personal taste issue, nothing wrong at all with the meal. Ordering was easy, getting a confirmation text when delivered, was the icing on the cake as we have had to use a kind persons doorstep. This allowed minimal disturbance to them.
Our overall experience was excellent with the exception they refuse to go an extra 400 meters to our home which is just outside the boundary of their preferred ‘electoral suburb boundary’. This reduces the number of times we can impose on another person.
My order has been later than usual and when talking to staff, they have tended to talk over me, expressing it is an all day service! my last order had very little ice, and one lunch was not the best. Today, I rang again, this time still talking over me and not listening. No delivery yet, but was told because they have a new system in place, the driver does not make the route but the computer does!, Give me a break, someone has to punch in the numbers. Although I am older I still like Fresh Lunches, and not 'My Choice' I have 5 lunch and 5 dinners, I wonder if the computer equates fresh lunches into the deliver times?

Meals didn't arrive. I had previously phoned at time of order to check details on account okay. This was to be the second delivery. However, found meals were cancelled due to no credit card being attached to account yet they had previously been delivered and paid for. Lots of apologies from light and easy but unable to get meals for a week. No notification of cancellation or account problems provided. Terrible customer service.

They kept delivering it to the wrong spot. On several (5) occasions via email, phone calls and actually meeting the delivery driver told them the code to get in and where I was. It would take literally three minutes to do so. The driver listened and didn’t write down the code numbers. I knew then they were taking the Mickey out on me and true to their disregard for the customer. It was delivered in an open area to the public where dogs can pee on it. People can steal or tamper with it. They took me on as a customer knowing I was disabled and knowing I can’t always get to the delivery or even lift it sometimes. Not once did they show any signs of consideration. They Take the money and run. Now can you imagine if the parcel was stolen or tampered with. They would’nt resupply it. It would be on me to get a second lot of food. I found them very disingenuous in their apologies. It’s a company that talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk. I will not be using them anymore and will be taking a more local approach with my food. They express they have a great service for people such as myself. But they don’t. Disabled are easy targets. Never again.
