Thanks to LitFinancial and Emily who works for them.She helped me thru the whole mortgage process/ all on line. I was so impressed by Lit Financial/ and how well their mortgage process went for me. No stress, hassel free and done in a short time. I highly recommend Lit Financial, they are a great company that work for You! And they have well experience members/ like Emily. She was the best.
My Loan officer and the whole team did a great job. He listened to what I was looking for with my loan and gave me the financial confidence to take this next step. The level of detail and care the team took with me and my loan is unrivaled, they truly go above and beyond.
Communication was not of high priority. I would receive a call but miss the call on accident and they would say to call back in the voicemail but no one would ever answer back when a call back was made. This happened more than just once. It was a constant issue I saw when working with the Mr.Bean team. Misinformation and dates being switched up with no communication. Claiming they texted me but never received a text message. Did go through with the loan but wish there would have been more communication on the funding side and closing costs. Felt shady at times.
50 calls til they get you to commit with hard credit check and then no communication no calls and a little deceitful on final fees. Said 3000 to close. Was more like 4400. Said it was fixed line of credit then full amount was deposited. Not a line of credit when you get full amount. Communicate better and disclose total costs off the bat and people will respect you more.
