My flight via Qatar Airways from Helsinki to Hanoi via Doha was delayed in arrival in Helsinki for 4 hours which made me miss the connecting flight in Doha and I had to spend 24 hours in Doha waiting for the next flight. I tried making the the money claim from the airline myself for the plane being late and I was denied, receiving bullshit corporate talk response. I contacted LITO Matka for help, and Linh cut through the bullshit quickly and I received full compensation as defined by the regulations. I highly recommend this service!
