I ordered the little triangle March 30th and got it on May 20th the shipping speed sucks but I did get my product so I'm happy about that after all it was not a scam

What a lousy business model! Advertise widely, take lots of orders, and then order stock from China or wherever. Tell your customers that the label has been created and the item turned over to USPS, and thereafter blame USPS for the long delay in delivery. I ordered a Converter Pro on March 13. After three weeks, and USPS still hadn't received the shipment, I requested, then demanded, cancellation and a refund. After four weeks got a refund from PayPal and immediately bought another, less expensive converter thru Amazon. But surprise! two months and two days after the initial order LT's converter arrived in the mail. I would return it unopened, but it came 4th class, unendorsed, so if I gave it back to the PO it would end up in a dead letter box. I guess I'll give it to my favorite computer shop.

I would be wrong to not add that after the fake USPS shipping and labels printed but nothing shipped, and lies about shipping, and a second shipping notification that led to a error message from a fake tracking number.

I got the Little Triangle USB device for hard drives, 45 days after I ordered. It landed in California, shipped from there, not IL. These are delayed because of coming from offshore.

BUT, it did come as promised, eventually.

If you order, be aware, you are probably going to wait, and get answers that are fabrications. They did deliver.

Saw Facebook ad for these guys and was psyched about the product, so purchased it. They charged me for it and sent a tracking code. Multiple weeks later, their phone # doesn't pick up and emails to support just get auto-reply. STAY AWAY. They're frauds.

Same story as everyone else. They print a label to create the illusion that they have sent your package but it was never sent. When i asked about my order i got the same exact story that everyone else on this page got. Working with paypal to try to get transaction cancelled. Stay away, Far away.

Same as the others....Ordered a product from this company on 2/5/23 and received notification that a shipping label was generated and sent to the USPO. Post Office acknowledged the shipping label but the vendor never sent the item to them to ship. Complain to PayPal and AGAIN the vendor did the exact same thing to wit... Shopping label generated with tracking # but Post Office did not received the item to ship.

Ordered $75.00 worth and tried to cancel. Never received anything. Comes from china. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM CHINA! They are scam artist. BUYCOTT CHINA! I have saved all emails to them and their lame responses.

I ordered this from WOODRIDGE IL 60517 and my tracking says absolutely nothing about going to NJ or coming from JANE. I looked at this address on goggle earth and it does not look like a company but interesting surroundings. I am going to return the package to the postmaster and see what he thinks. Question, why would my package go to NJ first and then come back to OHIO if I ordered it in IL?

Same as all the other negative comments, shipping label created, never recieved product. I contacted PayPal with photos of emails and referenced the comments on Trustpilot. Paypal issued a refund.

Scam. I'd had good experiences with other products bought via Facebook ads. This was the opposite. Ordered in January, and never received it. As others said, they'd create a shipping label, and never sent it. Repeated email attempts gave the same automated response that tracking is slow to update.

I am currently contesting the charge with my bank.

I placed an order back in January if this year. As others have stated, a tracking label was created, but nothing was ever shipped. Reached out to them and they blamed the post office saying that they were waiting for an update and would ship a replacement. Fast forward to the time of this post and nothing has been shipped, etc. I reached out again, no response but a few days ago I finally got a tracking number and eventually the item I ordered.

I’m still leaving this at one star, but wanted to at least acknowledge that I did receive my item.

FAKE STORE FAKE STORE FAKE STORE!!! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THESE "PEOPLE"!!! They will collect your money, send you a fake tracking number (label created - thats it) and then tell you the post office hasn't updated the info so can't return your money!! FAKE STORE FAKE STORE FAKE STORE!!!

Same experience as others....Ordered their product and they immediately printed out a label with tracking information. Three weeks later it has never been scanned by the post office and I haven't received my product. Complained and got a cut and paste BS response. I've complained to paypal and filed a claim. SAVE YOURSELF TIME AND EFFORT BY AVOIDING LITTLE TRIANGLE! THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!

One day before Paypal would rule in my favor and refund, Little Triangle package arrived. CHEAP CHINESE JUNK! HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE!

I had to give them a one star as zero…
This appears to be a SCAM site; they have no products to deliver.
Here is the info I get when I try to track my order.
"Ordered Dec 22, Order Ready Dec 23, Info Received
Dec 23".
As of today, Jan. 28, 2023 the item has not been shipped!! Tried email, got only automated response.

They don't send you anything, they just keep your money.

The are scammers... same here... paid and track label was created but nothing shipped out yet - even almost 4 weeks later
Contacting the was a joke because the automated response is always the same. When I finally had a response from the support team it was just lies and promises they will look into it but again 4 weeks later still no merchandise received and stays still the same "... label created ..."

I had to give them a one star as zero was not available! Ordered on Dec. 16, 2022, as of today, Jan. 22, 2023 the item has not even shipped!! Tried calling, got voicemail only. Tried email, got only automated response. Don't do anything with this company. Their "return policy" is no refund without returning item. If they don't send you anything, they just keep your money.
Update: Finally received what I ordered. It took more than 6 weeks. They said it was sent a few days after it was ordered, but didn't leave their place for 5 weeks. I would never order from them again. They never let me know what was going on despite many efforts to contact them.

Edit - it has been over one month and I have not received a product or a refund.

Same experience as others - stating they shipped the product but only the label has been created for 2 weeks now. Asked for a refund but they say they can't as it is in transit and USPS system is flaky!! Reported to instagram and filed a report with PayPal.

I order this product since December 5, 2022, and haven’t received it yet. I sent three emails for support but got auto-generated messages saying someone will call me within 12 - 24 hours.

I sent an order on November 16. Was told the shipment will arrive by December 6. The package didn't arrive till the Dec. 22nd.

Made purchase on November 14th only shipping label made I have yet to even get anything but auto generated reply to customer service

Save your money and stay away from this site. It was made to seem this was a US company, but I'm not convinced...!
It took almost a month for me to get delivery of the 'pro converter' I ordered. When it did arrive, I tested the product with several old SATA and 3.5" drives. It was a 'hit and a miss' as some worked and several others did not. The product is poorly designed and flimsy at best and the connectors are misaligned with the connectors of the drives.
I wrote in to request a 'refund' and to-date I'm still waiting for a reply.
Any website that does not provide you with the facility to register an account is 'suspect' in my opinion.
