I recently bought an extended rear facing car seat and seat protector from this shop and the service was brilliant. Katie couldn’t be more helpful. I booked an appointment because I was very indecisive & had so many questions. Katie answered all of my questions clearly and gave me plenty of time to look at the car seats we were considering. She did everything she could to ensure we left having ordered a seat which met our needs in terms of use / cars / children’s size etc etc. We have purchased from Katie before & the after care is always amazing too.

After lots of car seat research, i decided i wanted to buy Extended Rear Facing seats for my twins as they transitioned from infant carrier to car seat. I like to support indie shops and was so pleased to visit for a no-pressure consultation on all the options.
I needed to fit 3 across the back, and I had all my options explained to me. I decided on 2x Avionaught Sky Q's, in black.
2 weeks later we came back, they were fully fitted for me whilst I waited, and i was also shown how to do it myself, which i have since done a few times for MOTs and general cleaning.
I also picked up a new seat for my older child, which nestled in the middle of the Avionaughts.
Brilliant service, will recommend to anyone.

I purchased a britax Römer dualfix car seat from here in 2023, this was recommended online by the shop. It was delivered the next day. I had an issue with the seatbelt not working correctly this week, almost two years later, I contacted the shop and received an immediate response, after speaking with the seller they were able to identify the issue and I was able to fix the issue. Highly recommend this seller, you wouldn’t get this level of care from a larger retailer! Thank you

I purchased an Avionaut Sky 2 from little bubbas on sale at a discounted price. My baby arrived 5 weeks early so was only tiny and looked small in his seat. I reached out to Katie who confirmed he was too small for his seat, but she would send an Avionaut Pixel for us to use until he was big enough, next day delivery. We’ve had the pixel for 9 week, completely free of charge while my son grew big enough to fit in his sky. I couldn’t recommend little bubbas enough, the service has been excellent and I’m pleased to have someone so experienced and supportive providing advice and aftercare to us with something as important as car seats. Buying car seats can be a minefield and I reached out to Katie on Instagram and she very kindly offered me lots of amazing and helpful advice and I was able to decide on a safe carseat within my budget. I purchased the car seat and the isofix and it arrived without any issues. All in all, a pleasant experience and support and help provided when I required it. thank you.

Purchased an ERF seat online from Katie in November, delivery was fast, communication was excellent and aftercare is brilliant. We love our seat, thank you so much.

I originally ordered a mini kid 4 but had changed my mind to the be safe stretch. Katie was very helpful and took her time in ensuring everything was in the order, and just let me know the price difference to transfer it over. Installed it on Friday night but had some issues with the loop (all new to this) and yesterday despite it being a weekend replied to my messages and let me know what was the safest for my 4 year old daughter. Even regarding the fit with my daughter in. I cannot thank Katie enough, she’s an absolute star

This is a long overdue review, but the world needs to be aware of how wonderful Katie is.
She is helpful and very (VERY) patient.
After loads of questions, I ended up ordering the wrong car seat and she was amazing with all the process.
I had to travel abroad due to a family death right the day the car seat was supposed to be delivered and she was phenomenal. Even called me to arrange everything.
I can't recommend her enough and will use her services everytime I need.

Katie answered all my questions about different car seats and when I finally purchased one, she gave me amazing installation support over what's app and replied to me instantly, even over a weekend. Thank you Katie for your outstanding customer service. I will definitely purchase from you again.

We popped in to have a look at a travel system and I instantly fell in love with one which was labeled sold! Both me and my partner were devastated.. however Katie was absolutely amazing she phoned around and managed to get us the identical one in the package we wanted and kept me updated via WhatsApp. I am in shock at how fantastic the costumer service is!
