I have had four pick ups over a couple of years. All were so easy, from booking online to collection. Driver advised when he would arrive and came right on time. All were pleasant and helpful. I felt sure my donations would benefit this worthwhile Charity, being sold in their shops fairly local to me.

Purchased a laptop from them on their online store. It arrived with a faulty screen. Contacted them but there was no professional response & I was left with a very unhappy customer.

I had booked a collection of 15 boxes of books. The driver was very professional and expressed his appreciation for the boxes which I only 3/4 filled to make his life easier. The shop later sent me a thank you email.
Compared to some of the larger charities which are unreliable and rude, this was a very pleasant surprise. Please support the smaller charities which have to work harder to get their share of donations.
