Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support. There was a bit of a mix up with my booking. I called, and got through to a real person straight away. She was really friendly, and the issue was sorted immediately. It was really nice to know there were real people working in the background. I would recommend booking via live aboard.com, and can’t wait to book my next trip.

They think of and send everything from travel itineraries to what to pack and even suggested tipping amounts. There were never any surprises. Indonesian getaway

This was my first time booking a diving boat and LiveAboard was very helpful and I liked the 24/7 access. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Great way to search and book liveaboards

The website made it very easy to compare options for my trip to the Galápagos and find the right boat for me. Loved being able to read the reviews. And then booking the trip through liveaboard.com was a great choice. Their customer service always responded quickly and answered all of my questions thoroughly. Would recommend.

Deceptive marketing practices and poor communication

When we booked our journey, liveaboard.com advertised that there were only two berths available on our dates in a twin room. Shortly after our booking, we were surprised to notice that there were still just two berths available on those date on their website. Strangely, other booking websites showed more berths, including ones of a higher standard at the same price and with a double bed, which as a couple we would have preferred. In other words, they used a deceptive marketing practice to create the impression of demand pressure to drive decision making, which meant that we didn't get the cabin we would have preferred despite it being available. That kind of thinking and disrespect to their customers was present in every part of interaction, with poor communication throughout and absolute no response to several questions. They were very quick to take our money but provided zero extra value afterwards. PADI provides a far better service without treating customers like fools.

Cancelled 2 days before

After having all confirmations from liveaboard.com, having spent hundreads of euros in flights and hotels, 24hrs before starting my trip, it was cancelled. Then, silence from liveaboard for days... If I wouldnt have contacted the boat operator, i would have been completely stranded. Very bad service, and horrible costumer support. Never again.

We have a 24/7 phone service and have agents speaking many different languages, in order to assist especially for these kind of situations. Exceptional customer service

Skip this broker, awful service

I booked a liveaboard in Thailand starting the 29/8, I paied and received confirmation of my booking on the 10/7, so I organized my flights, hotels and everything for the days before and after. Yesterday, on the 13/8 they just sent me an email for cancelling (now!!) my booking (AA336840). Why did you accept my payment and clearly confirmed my booking if you are not sure I can do the liveaboard ?? this is extremely unprofessional. I answered right back their email and I have no answer yet. I will never book again a liveaboard with this website.

I totally recommend LiveAboard.com. Their site is so easy to use, and they have all the information regarding the trip you want to do. The booking process is easy and straightforward. I have recently booked my diving cruise to Komodo, Indonesia with them and everything was perfect, from the boat Kira Kira to the dive sites and dive guides and crew. All Liveaboard.com representatives to whom I talked with were highly professional and helpful. I have already completed three liveaboards with them, and so far, everything runs always smoothly. My queries are answered promptly and professionally. Furthermore, their suppliers are top class, they only work with the best providers. Also trustworthy for payments.

Fabulous Galapagos

I did a Liveaboard trip in the Galapagos. The trip was fantastic, a once in a lifetime experience. My trip was on a boat called Samba. The itinerary was full of activities every day, food was really good and the crew were super friendly.
Liveaboard were very efficient and prompt at confirming my booking and answering any questions I had. The only suggestion I'd have is that they provide an info pack in advance of my trip as it would be handy to know what to pack etc.

From start to finish

From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and welcoming — they truly made the experience special.

What really stood out was how safe and well-organized everything was. Whether it was diving, meals, or just relaxing on deck, we always felt well looked after. The crew clearly knows what they’re doing and goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is comfortable and enjoying themselves.

The boat was clean, cozy, and well-equipped, and the overall atmosphere was relaxed and enjoyable. We made great memories and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this trip to anyone looking for an unforgettable time at sea.
