Great Features by Live Agent

I have been using this for 2+ yrs and their service is great. Easy to use and very much user friendly.
It would be very easy to track customers/clients email and messages. Easy to sync our social media accounts and gmail account.
I will strongly recommend Live Agent to others.

Great ticketing software, with exceptional customer service

LiveAgent's platform has helped our support team get organized as we scaled our team, and allowed us to automate time consuming tasks as the volume of customer inquiries grew.

In addition to their strong ticketing platform, their technical support is phenomenal. Any issues we encountered, were fixed literally within minutes of us contacting them on their online chat.

With our great experience so far, we intend to look into upgrade options to further simplify the communication channels our support team uses.

Great Product & Customer Service

My initial experience with LiveAgent was when the company I work for, Bus2alps, was reviewing an assortment of chatting softwares to use. My responsibility was to compare and contrast various features of them all and select the one which we would implement on our website to generate sales and support our customers. After diligent research, I selected LiveAgent and couldn’t be happier with the choice.

I have been using LiveAgent for approximately eight months. While there are a number of features to praise, a select few have been most beneficial to the company. Having the ability to transfer tickets or chats has proven useful when we are working with a customer who has a specific type of inquiry - perhaps a sales question or an employment request. We’ve found it helpful to have the ability to transfer the chat to the online agent best equipped to answer the inquiry so we are able to serve our customers to the highest standard and with an immediate response. We also find being able to add notes and labels to previous chats and tickets incredibly helpful in data collection and also in our ability to work as a dynamic team. By being able to sort our chats and tickets into an organized system that our company created, we can work cohesively to review old conversations for continuity, opportunities for growth, and with transparency between departments.

Lastly, as the individual who oversees LiveAgent for Bus2alps, I have found LiveAgent’s customer service to be above and beyond. Whether my question be simple or complex, I always receive timely responses and thorough information.

I look forward to continuing to use LiveAgent’s product and services and growing in my knowledge of its capabilities!
