There are lots of great features

There are lots of great features and we made the user experience even faster and more efficient. We are using the software on a daily bases, having about 500 interactions per day. It would be great to add more integrations with 3rd party software. We have more than 100K users and they write to us all the time. LiveAgent helped us to have all this data in a much more organized way.

A great tool for customer support…

A great tool for customer support teams! I find the ticketing system easy to use (in comparison with competitor systems I have used in previous jobs, too) and the functionality very effective for managing workload. It allows multiple users to work simultaneously without duplicating work, great visibility in terms of productivity statistics and generally just very simple to work with.

The only thing I miss about using regular email over this ticketing system is the 30 second 'undo' feature after sending an email ;)

It's Simple and convenient to use

It's simplicity and convenience to use. Customers can provide instant feedback for the Agent they interacted with, the software can be customized as per the requirement, Tickets can be organized and grouped as per departments, a great interface for admin to review the performance of other agents. Overall it's been a good experience.

I have use This the software for 2…

I have used this software for 2 years as a customer service specialist. Its easy, convenient and helpful to maintain a perfect communication with customers be it via emails calls or chat. Yet it's a great work organiser and communication bridge between colleagues from different departments.

Excellent features

Functional and user-friendly service

Functional and user-friendly service. I've been using LA for the past 2 years and I find it very convenient to use. Tagging allows to group tickets, have them organized and also use for analytics. Easy to distribute tickets between different agents and departments.

Great helper in work

It was very easy to get used to working with LiveAgent. The tag system helps to filter requests and to keep the right organization in daily routine. Creating and using canned replies definitely makes the life of customer service specialists easier. The ability to chat, e-mail and call from the same spot is super-convenient. I highly recommend!

LiveAgent is the main portal that I conduct my daily workflow in communication with our customers.
Having all means of connection with clients in a single place makes it easy for me to organize my day-to-day tasks. The feature of emails such as canned messages and predefined answers saves a lot of time and speeds up our responses.
What I especially like is to have ticket numbers for each call/email or chat that allows us to make a search easily when it is necessary.
Furthermore, if I face any technical difficulty LiveAgent team is always there to assist no matter it is day or night.
Excellent and efficient service!
