The Best Product and Service

As our business has grown we found ourselves spending a lot of time handling voicemail and it all seemed so inefficient. We decided that we needed a service that made receiving and making calls easier. After extensive research we choose LiveAnswer not only because of all the features it offers but its user’s friendly platform. This service is very flexible and is robust enough to meet our future needs. The ability to get instant message notifications either online, through a mobile app, text, or email is great when you’re not in the office; which is one of the major problems with regular voice mails. No more dialing in to retrieve a voicemail, I can click on a message and get the text right there and even get images from the person leaving the message. But probably the best feature is that I can add instructions or forward the message to another person in our office. I have even built scripts for LiveAnswer so no one knows that we’ve hired a service. Creating scripts was super simple and I added information about our company so the agent understands more about us and can speak intelligently about our company. By far the best service for our business, I definitely will and have recommended this service to other businesses.

The best call answering service!

I own a small scale business, which was started just two months back. I did not have the ability to hire a receptionist to answer all the calls because of the financial difficulties. That’s why I signed up with LiveAnswer.
LiveAnswer has given us amazing service and helped me to make my life a lot easier. They did a wonderful job by handling all the calls in a professionally, without harming our brand. The best thing about their service is how user friendly it is. Customers loved their helpfulness.
It is better to use LiveAnswer for calls, than spending money on a receptionist!

Great Service!

Switching over to LiveAnswer was a very wise decision for our company. Our productivity has increased as we are now able to focus on other aspects of the business. LiveAnswer operators took the time to learn about what we do as a business and got to know our members of staff. Their operators handle all of our calls, inquiries and deliver messages. They are very professional, courteous and helpful on the telephone. Already we have had a few compliments from our clients about our friendly and helpful operators.

Unbelievably easy to use!!

I switched over to LiveAnswer a few months ago from my voicemail and I don't think I will ever go back. No longer do I have to spend hours listening to voicemails, getting their call back numbers and information, and then finally calling them back. With LiveAnswer i never have to listen to a call again and can easily call back my clients!! 5 stars

A Very Pleased Company Using this service

Now that i signed up with LiveAnswer, Inc. i have increased productivity, and happier customers. now i can manage the inbound, outbound calls without needing to do it mysel. this brought reduced operational expense and now i have more time to manage my business. the calls are recorded and i can listen for any isues that may arise. i am able to change the scripting.

They offer the best top-notch customer service. The software is really easy to use. My company started to grow quickly and we where getting too many calls to even keep the business going. I needed a solution that could sustain our rapid growth, and im glad that i found it. I needed a Virtual Call Center and after lots of searching and comparing. These guys offer the best out there.


The installation was painless and actually fun to see all of the advanced features this product has to offer us. I can't stress the value enough. Now i'm happy and so are my customers. Its really easy to sign up, and the agents are very friendly and very professional as well, (trust me i have called myself). I am very happy with the service and will continue with them for more time to come.

Awesome service

This is really awesome. They work effectively through out the whole 24 hours of the day, and the 7 days of the week. Whenever i ask for their service , there is always an agent ready to look into me and provide my service.
And i just love the options they provide us with how to interact with the other end, they have infinitely many possibilities for that, which is in fact great. Our messages can be sent anywhere around the world in real time. Really awesome.

Just what my business needed!

As a owner of a very busy Authentic Mexican Restaurant, having a tool like this is invaluable! The restaurant is always really busy and loud, so when calls come in for reservations or order requests it was usually very difficult to get the information right. Since I started using Usefultools, not only do I never miss any of my calls, but my customers believe it's actually coming from the restaurant. The ability to choose from a person who spoke spanish sold it for me. I also love that I can get them to answer the phones the way I ask them to, it's like customer service quality control on your finger tips.

As far as the interface goes, it's super easy to navigate and implement a new "campaign", or event in my case. We have specials on different day's of the week, so I like the call center to answer my calls a little differently, and having the ability to change the specific wording of what is being said from my desktop is awesome. You also have the ability to check your messages from your phone!

Overall, I highly recommend Usefultools to anyone looking for a professional and reliable call center to take the stress out of answering calls and get to whatever your business is actually about!

Easy to use call center

We used Useful Tools for a weekend sales event we had at our boat shop. We sent out a bunch of mail pieces to folks around town and each of the pieces had a number on it for people to call. We weren't sure how many of them would call, so we worked with Useful Tools to have their people answer the calls and take appointments and such.

We had quite a turnout. And we asked all of the people that showed up for their appointment how they liked the people on the phone and every one of them said they was friendly and helpful. I think we'll likely give them another shot.
