I bought a product on September 10, and needed to ask for help regarding the package. I reached out 3 times via email but did not receive any response and the package has still not been delivered either. No reply on IG either. I was charged and not received any reply or support from the company. Who should I contact?
Unfortunately, my experience with this store is negative. I purchased a quite expensive aroma diffuser, Sthlm Fragrance Supplier, which became broken in less than 6 months. When I sent a message to customer service, they passed me directly to the manufacturer, which wasn’t really helpful, saying that they can help ONLY if I manage to open the diffuser and send them pictures. I couldn’t do it because I needed special tools for this, which I didn’t have. When I informed the store that the manufacturer didn’t help me, the customer service even didn’t bother to respond to me.
Very sad because I believe if a store chooses to sell certain products to an end customer, they take responsibility for quality and customer satisfaction, which this store obviously didn’t do. So they just irresponsibly sell products and then deny to deal with customers’ problems.
