Very good to work with

Having recently completed another case with LiveMore Mortgages, I must say the experience was nothing short of exceptional. From their user-friendly application system to the unparalleled professionalism, friendliness and efficiency of their staff, they truly demonstrate a genuine commitment to ensuring a smooth and stress-free process.

This was the easiest mortgage application I think I have ever made, virtually done in a day and the confirmed offer shortly thereafter.

Excellent service

We just completed our re-mortgage on the 22nd Jan 2024 with Livemore and I must say .... what a refreshing, human experience. Re-mortgaging can be a fretful experience but Livemore made it easy. They were sensitive to our circumstances (self employed) and provided excellent, clear communications and their responses were always timely. I strongly recommend Livemore, especially if you are self employed and over 50. From first contact to completion, we always felt that they had our best interests at heart. A truly unique experience. Live More have got a lot of things correct in the RIO market compared to other providers the message is getting across to members of the public. Its a breath of fresh that there is a mortgage provider who is happy to look at older people who do not want to stop working and who want to look after their family and not rely on Equity Release. Plus with mortgage prisoners out there who unable to turn to their current providers for help because they are not interested the future market is massive my company will support you and I am looking forward to doing business with Live More in 2024 Geoff Potter

Incredibly flexible for later life lending.

I had a client whose future income is dependent on income from property. I wanted a RIO for them. Looking more traditional / insurance based lenders, this is not an income that they would not consider in the same way. They did a lot of due diligence, which is to be expected but were so easy to deal with and very fast with updates. Their systems are very easy to use and give you all the options for the client. They also have great BDM’s to support the intermediary during the client journey. Finally, they wait until they have had all the information they need to make a decision before asking the client to pay for the valuation!

Will use again whenever possible.

I was kept informed about the process and as issues arose they were explained. My expectations were managed realistically. Phone calls with the team were brief and to the point and the process was completed in a matter of weeks after thorough checks were made.

From the first contact with a lovely man called Mark, to the offer being issued, it was only 2 week. LiveMore were really professional yet very understanding throughout! Can't rate them highly enough.
