Great service and a great match experience - last minute change of seat location may have meant I did not quite get the same value for money - but was an excellent game

I was doubtful about using ticket resale site but my experience with live rugby tickets was excellent. The tickets came to me by email 10 days before the match (Italy v England) in Rome. I was already in Italy so couldn't have the tickets posted. No problems getting in the ground with the tickets on my phone. All in all a great experience except the result!

First time booking with Live Rugby, normally end up paying the premium with official rugby travel Co's. A little trepidation but I figured the worst that could happen was a nice weekend in Rome. Shouldn't have worried, tickets dropped into my in box 24 hours before the match with my name on them. Great experience and will definitely use again.

It’s a genuine site that requires you to have a ticket master account to allow transfer of tickets. You will pay more but it gets you a ticket, there is a booking fee which bumps the price up but it’s not quite as much as other sites. Tickets arrived before 24hrs before event. There was still tickets for sale right up to an hour before kick off.

The tickets arrived and there was no problem with any of them.
I will be honest and say that I did get a little worried when a friend's tickets arrived a week or so before the game and mine did not. They actually arrived almost 24 hours before the game which is what they said they would. I was very relieved.
Would definitely order through them again. No telephone contact and a generic reply when emailed but understandable in retrospect.

Tickets were transferred well in advance of the match and the overall experience was seamless. Seats were wonderful—would definitely use again! Thanks for a fun time!

Tickets arrived in plenty of time and we're exactly what I ordered. I was kept informed as to what I needed to do and everything was easy. A good experience.

The tickets were delivered exactly as promised. That said, the anxiety of only getting them 24 hours beforehand meant some worrying moments, especially as we were abroad and had no real recourse had the tickets not been delivered. Some form of assurance comms would have been nice - something like "Hey......, only 24 hours before your tickets are delivered, etc". The fact that there were no further comms from yourselves from point of sale to point of delivery wasn't so great.

The game itself was fantastic and the seats were good and as expected.

The way in which tickets are issued is not very good. Despite contacting the company before our departure for the trip the tickets were not e-mailed to us until after we had left and therefore had no way of printing them off as a back up.

It was a late kick off in Paris at 9.10pm and had spent all day looking around Paris using my phone for maps etc which ran the risk of my phone not having sufficient charge by kick off?

Also, I earlier was instructed to download an app for Stade De France which was pointless as the tickets never appeared in that App.

Unless tickets can be issued to me sooner so that I can print them off then I will not book them again in this way?

Easy to navigate the site, choose the seats and prices, reliable delivery of the tickets. All good.

I was nervous as we booked and paid for the 8 tickets back in June, tickets came thro 6 days before the match as per our booking so all perfect !
