Please avoid this company

Please avoid this company, worst customer service department I have ever come across.
Messaged to ask if I I could get a repair on a broken wheel. I was shocked at the response. Was literally told " dont come for us, go to the airline who smashed up your case". I didnt ask for replacement or wasnt rude (have screenshots) honestly shocked!!!!
Was problems with delivery and case was printed with wrong font so start. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID

Avoid for Personalised Orders – Service Issues and No Resolution

I would strongly advise against ordering from LIVE x MAINTAIN, particularly for personalised or time-sensitive items.

I purchased a personalised suitcase as a gift, with clear instructions for the name and font to be added. This was not done. As a result, the product was not as ordered and the entire purpose of the purchase was undermined.

Despite this being an error on their part, the only initial solution offered was a replacement cover insert, which does not address the issue of missing personalisation. I requested a replacement and a partial refund due to the inconvenience caused, however this was refused outright.

The return process has also been unnecessarily rigid and inconvenient, requiring multiple back-and-forth emails, strict adherence to their internal policy, and placing additional burden on the customer to resolve an issue they caused.

There has been no meaningful accountability or willingness to offer a reasonable resolution or goodwill gesture, even in light of the time-sensitive nature of the order.

While the product itself may be acceptable, the overall customer service experience has been poor. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this company to others.

Absolutely amazing service

Absolutely amazing service. The initial parcel seemed to have been lost at the DPD Hub in Birmingham. The company had no hesitation in producing and sending out a further order. I would highly recommend this company.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE

Really terrible experiences with this company. I ordered twice from them and they cancelled both orders before Christmas. Which meant the Christmas gift wouldn’t come and they continued to offer stupid excuses. Then I contacted customer service who are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Using phrases like “make it make sense” and “you don’t know how to listen”. I ordered the gift a third after two cancelled orders and the order never came. I contacted them and they were extremely unhelpful. I tried to get a refund for two months and they tried to make jump through hoops because they wanted me to give up on the suitcase I ordered. Contacted Revolut. Got my money back. Such a shame as custom suitcases are a niche market. Wouldn’t recommend. Stay away

I wanted a particular design on my phone case and the team provided an example of how it would look. I changed my mind on background colour but still it was no trouble for them to provide a sample photo. I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days and is even better than I thought. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be buying from them again as they will make great presents as they are very affordable

"Zero stars for service

"Zero stars for service. The suitcase looks great but the shell dented immediately. When I reached out to the manufacturer, I was met with total hostility. The agent was sarcastic from the second he picked up the phone. When I tried to explain that the dent seemed to be a material flaw, he laughed and told me to 'stop wasting his time' before hanging up. Avoid this brand if you value being treated like a human being."

Customer service VERY RUDE …

Customer service VERY RUDE UNPROFESSIONAL and UNACCEPTABLE!!!!
They offer a 10% discount on first order! This was NOT honoured!!! I contacted customer service. They said not available on discounted orders but it does not say this on their website. I complained to head office and after several email attempts their response was just as unhelpful!! Were willing to offer a PARTIAL refund of the 10% but ADMITTED that I was right and they had NOT explained on their website. I did not accept a partial refund!! BEWARE 10% DISCOUNT ON FIRST ORDER NOT GIVEN. FALSE ADVERTISING.

It appears there may have been some confusion caused by a third-party discount website, which suggested a discount could be applied to any order. Unfortunately, we have no control over what these external sites display, and their information was not provided or endorsed by us.

Despite this, our team did offer a gesture of goodwill in the form of a partial refund that would honor the 10%, which you declined and asked for a discount of a higher value that exceeds 10%. We strive to treat all customers fairly, and while we do our best to make our policies clear, we also value all feedback and have passed yours to our marketing team for review.

I experienced a significant issue with the customer service provided, which I found to be unprofessional. I received an incorrect custom suitcase and was subsequently informed that there was no verifiable proof it came from their company. This left me without a viable resolution, particularly as the item was a Christmas gift for my son, intended for a surprise trip. Consequently, I had to purchase a new, custom suitcase from an alternative company, explaining the circumstances in which they successfully delivered a replacement within three days, ensuring my son received his gift on time. Due to the lack of empathy and accountability demonstrated, I will not be placing future orders with your company.

Fast and very honest people. Did a great job and great at communicating by WhatsApp. I was stuck but they rescued me.

They were amazing came to my place and fixed my lock on my suitcase, which had been broken by the airport authorities in Cape Verde so I couldn’t open my suitcase a real lifesaver as my tablets are in there. Also I accidentally gave them £50 too much by mistake and I hadn’t noticed and they called me and sent it back to me straight away. It’s great to find such honest and attentive. Fast acting people I would recommend them 100%

Awful customer service

Awful customer service. Now beyond the “express” shipping date 10-12 December and advised it will arrive for 25th. Contacted to ask about confirmation of delivery or cancellation options and told neither be done. Ordered 8 Dec but has not been given a tracking number yet. I leave on the 18th and do not think the items will arrive in time. Terms on website take no responsibility for anything. Would never use this site again
