As to the rates, we understand your frustration. However, we hope you’ve read about our earning system: the more lessons a tutor has, the higher rate they receive. In addition, we have bonuses and tips for tutors. At LiveXP, we give chances to everyone to start their teaching career.

Please, also be informed that tutors’ accounts don’t get blocked if they have unread messages. Their accounts can be hidden from students till the message is opened. For us, it is essential to have active tutors on the platform who will be able to attend lessons or answer messages from students. Just keep your profile active and updated.

As to the withdrawal process, we have instructions and requirements that need to be followed to submit a withdrawal request. Everything is for the safety of our tutors. We’re sorry you didn’t find the most convenient withdrawal methods on our platform.

We appreciate your feedback and would like to address your concerns.Regarding pricing, our subscription plans have flexible prices since students choose the number of lessons per week, their length, and the subscription period. To find the best plan, you need to click “Subscribe” at the top of your page. It will lead you to the sign-up form and then a price builder. With these easy steps, you’ll see the overall cost of your subscription plan and the cost per lesson.

Our subscription grants access to all of our tutors and languages and ensures that the price remains the same for students, regardless of which tutor or language they choose. Within one subscription, you can learn with one or several tutors simultaneously or change them anytime. It also provides access to various features, such as a dictionary, lesson notes, and whiteboard, to name a few.

We want you to know that our subscription can be canceled at any time, and if you cannot take lessons at a certain point, they will not expire and will be available on your account for up to a year. We hope this information clarifies any questions you may have had, and we’d like to invite you to give our platform another try. We’re really sorry to hear about your experience and we’d like to check your case to make sure there’s no misunderstanding between us. Could you please email us at support@livexp.com and provide more details?

There are 3 main reasons why tutors may find it difficult to receive the money they’ve earned:
1) a tutor provided incorrect withdrawal details
2) a tutor was blocked due to violating LiveXP policies
3) a tutor has an issue with their PayPal/Payoneer/bank account
Whichever the reason, we’re waiting for your email to further investigate your case and ensure you get paid as soon as possible!

We appreciate your feedback, and we totally support the idea that accurate information and high level of language proficiency are critical to be displayed in a tutor’s introduction video. That’s why our Moderation team works hard to revise tutors’ profiles daily and make sure every tutor’s card appearing on the platform corresponds to our Profile Setup Guidelines.

If you notice any low-quality tutor profiles, we encourage you to report them to the Support team so that we can check their performance and professionalism. We also guarantee 100% return of the money paid for low-quality lessons if students get back to us within the deadline and share their concerns regarding the quality of the lesson and the tutor.
