usually shipments are processed within 24 to 48 hours only if your lucky

My every interaction with this this broker will have to escalate

Agents have no idea what's going on they dont now who the processing team is and the worse part management doesn't care about the urgency

Their cover sheet says to submit docs few hours prior to drivers arrival to the border yet I submitted my docs the night before around 10:00 pm and the next day at evening (4:05 PM next day) we are yet waiting for shipment to be cleared. To mind you we have all the paperwork including custom invoice so nothing is missing.

I absolutely hate dealing with livingston they should be out of business and let another company take over.

I would give you -10 if I could!!

I would give you -10 if I could!!! I AM ON HOLD HOLD FOR EVER! Sometimes you even say “oh we aren’t the broker” after the 10th call and sometimes days when I call back after finding out you are the broker you then say oh so sorry. Knowing full well you couldn’t care less about my drivers sitting at the border for days. I want to fry when I hear you are the broker for the loads!

Worst customs broker in the business

Worst customs broker in the business. I always have difficult time clearing customs with them. Most of the times my drivers have to wait at border. Customer service representatives are highly unqualified and unprofessional and fail to comprehend. I am not even sure why this company is in business. If I have a way, I would refuse to pickup load where Livingston is customs broker.
This time, it has already been 24 hours and have send documents multiple times for which I have received acknowledgment email but still they do not have my documents. I am not sure how to get through to them.

Worst customs broker ever! and also mother !!!! managmen

Worst customs broker ever!. You have to call them 100's times to get shipment cleared which is not a problem with any other brokers. I am not taking loads where Livingston is the broker anymore. You have to be up all night to clear the load, call them every 15 minutes and listen to their plastic voices with same text like "sorry m'am", claims they can't see your ppw and all this with the accents not possible to understand sometimes! They are just a disgrace for this industry!!!

Worst customs broker on planet earth

Worst customs broker on planet earth. Employees at the call center can hardly hold a professional conversation and when they do not have answers to your questions, they hang up. They never admit that their system is down. They will lie on your face that they have not received the paperwork even though you get the automatic reply that paperwork has been received. Pathetic customs broker!!!!

I would give them 0 stars if I could. Words can't describe how terrible this company is. Wasted 2 whole days. And all they have to say is don't worry were reviewing your documents now. Mind you, they themselves say it takes 40-60 mins. Oh yea, they supposedly expidited it too. Unreal!

I gave 1 star because it is not…

I gave 1 star because it is not possible to give 0. The worst customs brokers i have ever encountered. Dealt with them twice and it was a headache both times. I sent them my documents several hours in advance, followed by calls every hour. They always say: we have put a rush on your case, our team is working on it, the file was put on hold but they do not seem to know why, please check the status online bla bla... What is the point of having a customer service if all they can tell you is our team is working on it and there is nothing i can do from our side. I wonder why clients choose to work with Livingston and frustrate carriers. Next time a client says they are using them to clear their shipment, i am not booking that load. Not worth the waste of time and stress.

Worst Custom Broker

Worst Custom Broker. Sent documents on Friday for clearance , they did not acted, asked again after 2 days when driver is at border - now again shared 9 AM pacific time and its 5:30 PM Pacific time and they stopped taking my call. screwed up whole day. Must not use this custom brokerage. Spoke to May- 3 time, Apple once, Bag once and sent multiple email to supervisor. no result.

I dropped of my car 14 days ago for the…

I dropped of my car 14 days ago for the shipment from Vancouver to Toronto. After a week they told me the car had been shipped and was on the way. After 14 days they told me my car was still here and they don't know when it will be shipped. There is nobody to follow my case and I have didn't have my car for 14 days here and have to rent a car in Toronto. The most irresponsible company that I ever faced. So angry and will follow my claim to the end.

slow processors in the business......

My driver sitting at the border since yesterday at 0200 pm. Papers sent yesterday morning, if you call them they will always say someone is working on it, it should be a go in few minutes. I called them now, they said the same thing.
i will make sure with the customers at the time of shipment booking that Livingston should not be the customer broker of the shipments, I would prefer not to book the shipment rather than wasting mine and my driver's time at the border. If you explain them the urgency, they will always say...I do understand, but actually they don't... they are just pretending that they know everything regarding the load clearance, but they don't.. that's how you see low wages work in the offices... if you hire people on excellent pay, you will not ending up seeing 1.5 star in your company's review.

All businesses know that Livingston is worst, that's why they switching with other good brokers in the market. They are genuinely know what they are doing rather than pretending.

Crossing Canada/USA Border twice a week, and if I have Livingston as a customs broker then I will loose a lot of time at the border for sure. I can't understand why shippers still using Livingston as a broker.
