i have been with Livingston for over 5 year but the last 6 to 8 months they have become the worst. i have to call on every shipment now and make sure someone is working on it - they never get back to you,
i wrote a email one day asking a question and it was 5 month before i got an answer - to flipping late then.
i have lost so much money paying wait times that i will have to move my business elsewhere.
they use to b fantastic - i dont knw what has happen but i will have a new broker in the new year.

The driver sitting at the border since Friday 16th December 2022. Papers sent Friday morning, they open the file on 19th. It is Tuesday 20th December and not yet solved.

Worst customs broker ever don’t know how people still give business to these guys. No outage or anything so no excuse for that waiting for 7 hrs to clear a load, excuse we have too many loads to clear, hire more people do something about, have no respect for drivers or carriers, going forward will never take a load if I find out if Livingston is the broker.

We have shipment to deliver in taxes and my driver sitting at border for 18hrs. Why some one will use such company. Are they really that cheap. We have charged our clients pay overs. Waiting time so many time and still they are not using different broker. Soon this company will be out of business obviously clients will not tolerate horrible service and they will boycott Livingston

Requesting customers to avoid using Livingston as their customs broker. They do not value your shipment. 12 hours later I am still waiting in queue from them to process my shipment. After so many reviews I have no words now. I am not sure why customers are not considering dropping this company.

Round 2 with these guys this week. First one was Thursday for 24 hours.
Now on my back hall Saturday and they are still down.
Iv told the customer they need to start looking for new brokerage this is costing us nothing but money.

This is the second time since August. I'm now 24 hours sitting to wait for clearance. They say here that the problem had been resolved 2 days ago but my dispatch office says the system is still down and Livingstone isn't responding to emails or answering phone calls.
Update... on day 3 now.

I had a customer that uses Livingston as their broker, even though I advised her not to because they are HOOOOORRRIBLE!!!! I'm a dispatcher, so i know!!!
Well despite my advice, she goes with them (she already had an account from years ago, we'll give them a chance she says... hahaha! oh thats a good one ... let's do that!) ok so, she sends me and Livingston her paperwork, 8 days later... still not clear! Why you might ask... well! They don't have which border she's crossing, but she HAD put that in her email when she sent in her paperwork, she was advised that they don't ALWAY READ YOUR EMAILS!!!!!!! *brain exploding emoji here* WOW!! you don't read your EMAILS!!! thanks for restoring all my faith in how awful this company is. And did anyone email my customer to ask her what border crossing? NO! They just left it floating in the abyss of their stupidity instead!!! DO NOT USE LIVINGSTON!!!

They never have answers for the questions you have, has been a 3 day system outtage and they have zero solutions to get freight moving and help customers and when you call they don't care! they read a script that provides no information or solutions and the reply i got is a lie.... systems are still down if you call or try their website. Full of bologna!!!!

Team T took just over 9 hours to clear the load from hamilton, On to tipp city, oh , driver was stuck at the border and i have a load return back for toyota and ...just my luck livingston is my customs broker with load back , please do not used them again.

Had a one-time account created to import a piece of machinery but we haven't been advised that Livingston requires one-time accounts to be dialed in manually by their team during their working hours. Our machine arrived to the border on a Friday evening just for us to find out that it won't be crossing the border until Monday morning, so we had to pay storage fees.
