I received my Ultimate Headband today. Could not Find the HoomPlay App. Then I see the Code enclosed in the Box had only 5 digits, when trying to enter that code is needed 6 digits. I did get my new 6 digit code, so now my Ultimate Headband is all ready to go. I can't wait to listen to the stories, and music.

Very responsive to questions. I had an issue with my kid’s hoomkid not playing thought it was charged and looked like it was on. I sent a message to customer support and got a response within hours helping me troubleshoot so that I knew how to use the hoom correctly. They helped me fix with in a day. You can tell they really care about their customers.

The Hoomkid is great if you are trying to reduce/limit screen time. Interactive and entertaining in a meaningful way. Initially, my kid didn’t take to the hoom when we bought for road trips at about age 4 but now that he is going into first grade he likes it a lot and is a great alternative to requests for screentime. Thank you!

Headband is comfy and light weight. Great alternative to wearing ear phones to bed when I want to listen to music or a meditation without bothering my partner

I was surprised how quickly the stories helped me fall asleep. I don’t remember when it happened, just that I knew this worked because I didn’t finish listening to the stories. I would have given this a five star review if the power/battery box for the headband was not so big that I had to avoid sleeping on it to prevent having it pressed against my head.

Wow! A simple, inexpensive gadget which has transformed my sleep. For years I have suffered from insomnia and been reluctant to take any medication.
I found the Dodo after a friend's recommendation. It is easy to use, focuses on my breathing and encourages me to stop thinking through all the day's events when I hit the pillow.
The instructions are easy to follow; there is also a video available on line to refer to. It doesn't affect my partner.

Too many hoops to jump through to get promised additional audio content

I enjoy my Hoomband. I even ordered one for a friend who has been having problems sleeping.
Nights are so much more enjoyable, knowing that I can fall asleep peacefully with my Hoomband.

The headband is a game changer for listening to audio while side-lying! Nothing is as comfortable. My hoomband has held up to many years of use and still works great.

Sometimes when using the app, the headband disconnects—this doesn’t happen using other apps, so it’s something just with that one. There a some other weird quirks with the app, but support is good and even when I lost my access code, they were able to provide me with a new one.

What this company does really well is specializing in one thing and doing it perfectly. They make headphones for sleeping, they fit over your eyes, they are comfy, the charge lasts all night and they hit over your eyes ad well so the light is cut out. The new ones are even adjustable to fit different sized heads. The app is a bonus as well without added fees

I have had my hoomband for over a year and it is the best thing that has helped to improve my sleep as a light sleeper. I can’t travel without it, as it keeps out all noise I am not used to when not sleeping at home. It has its own app but I like that I can connect it to my podcasts or music apps via Bluetooth. This is a must for anyone who has trouble sleeping due to light and noise.

I have been trying for days to reach customer service to speak about a problem I have with the DODOW sleep device. They have zero social media presence, just an old outdated Facebook? Everything else has been deleted and I understand why, their customer service is abysmal. They delete chats. They promise to answer within in a few hours. It’s been several days, then they just delete the chat. I’ve called and left messages. I’ve heard nothing back. I see they are still advertising this wonky product and I would advise anyone to avoid because of the poor customer service. Waste of time, money and energy.
