I rented a place that had Lkl as the agent. They were great during my 2.5-year lease, very helpful and quick to respond and solve any issue that would come up. I highly recommend them.

Very helpful and accommodating letting agents - super friendly and generally very good communication. Any issues were solved quickly and stress-free. Only downside from a 3-year tenancy was a failure to communicate properly regarding building works next door which lasted around 1 year and were very disruptive. I'm not sure how much could've been done to change the outcome but it would have been nice to have been informed much earlier than we were, particularly since we had just agreed to an increase in rent. Aside from that, great agents, would still recommend - building works are exceptional circumstances.

I took a lease in a shared flat through LKL Homes, with Lucy managing the property, and I genuinely haven't dealt with better leasing agents. Over the nearly two years I lived in the flat, Lucy was incredibly responsive to any issues that arose and was always quick to assist with anything needed in the apartment. Communication was consistently fast, professional, and clear, making the entire process seamless. Lucy always took the tenants' needs and schedules into consideration and worked swiftly to resolve any concerns. When it came time for the lease handover, Lucy managed everything efficiently and professionally. I highly recommend LKL Homes – it was always a pleasure dealing with them.
