I really like the service the only thing is that if you make a mistake when top up a phone number and you by accident type by error one single digit, you wont get money back. that's all another companies will fix the problem right away. after that the service is ok.

This is really bad
This is really bad. When the person is calling you they use all their minutes and I have no way of calling them. I even Try to cancel my membership and it would not let me. I try to find a contact # or an email to have them cancel the membership for me, but to no avail. So they've been chargingredients me for a service that I don't even use.

You purchased a Virtual Number, not Voice Credit.
The Virtual Number is a local landline in the country you selected. Therefore, your family's phone provider will charge them as normal just as any local call. We did try to call you to explain how the Virtual number works but the number you provided is not in service.
